@@candiceannette8146 Her voice doesn't have a long range but it's unique and with her own characteristics which we all identify at the first verses of each song. I used to think also that it was mainly her attitude but started to hear people listening to her and most saying (young people who didn't know her) that she has a singular voice , so it's about attitude + voice tone. Love her so much ❤

This is part of what I call the "Vocal Nuances". She's never been known for her singing in general. But all of a sudden she has a live performance that requires vocal skills and she kills it.

Incredible performance and didn't take 50 dancers and five thousand lights just her her song and her and her magnetism.
I wish people would stop using this damn insult against her. She has done stripped down performances and elaborate production numbers consistently, and on each tour, almost since day one.
The instrumentals were so on point. Such a sexy performance.
Erotica is such a bad ass album, that and Bed Tim Stories are two of my favorite albums of Madonna.

I realize I’m amongst Madge fans here and I appreciate ya, but the stars of this clip, both visually and sonically, are the late Victor Bailey on bass and Omar Hakim on drums. They take what could have been a routine dance-pop cover and turn it into something nearly Pee-Funky.

Some Brave Apollo Her vocals pre Evita were even better, when she celebrated the thickness of her vocals... post Evita, Madonna had that ultra thin voice which debut in Frozen..,
