I really think that the winner of an event this big should get an auto-qualify to Marble League. Would be a nice reward for enduring and winning such a grueling event.

There is a qualifying competition. I believe four events and around 12 teams compete if memory serves me right.
My Oceanics have failed to qualify two years in a row.
I think M1 would make more sense

It could have been worse!
Can I point out the genius of the starting block? That the starter marble physically makes the "ready-steady-go" noise before sending off the field is inspired work. I was struck by that on the first race, and it has taken me 70 races to regain my composure enough to comment. Keep up the great work, JMA!!
Funny enough, I'd only just realised it during last week's races.

Thank you so much, O'rangers, for not starting the week off with another heart attack. But I'd have preferred it if they hadn't bounced so much at the end. This course is brutal. And that DUMPSTER is back.

Cautious start from Rezzy, not a bad way to start but I hope we wont miss those points.
He lollygags sometimes but other times he’s a quick one, I don’t get it!!!
Middle of the pack finishes won't cut it anymore, but...... DNFs are more costly than ever! Much better course than last week!
Playing the long game, they’re tired already gotta find a way to stay competitive but not burn out
Rezzy seems to get pushed around more than some other marbles but does well in the open areas of the track. I think there will be slow starts with those quarter pipes in the front but has room to make up for it later in the race.
With how small the remaining group is it is starting to become more risky to end in the middle. The number 1 spot got twice what rezzy got. Even if they finish last in the next race they will still be above rezzy. That said, it feels like averaging 7 points should be enough to get to the next round

Yes! The Bolts have been killing it lately! 11 points is massive in race 1. My guess is that ~35 points is gonna be the cutoff line this week, so a couple more races like this should get us through!
Now that all my favorit teams are gone, I can finally enjoy the races just for the fun of it.
Great series! The Marble Survival 100 reaces have become a very welcome addition to my daily routine. No marble fatigue in sight.
After a rough last week for Rezzy it’s a good start let’s hope he can keep it up
Something about having a dumpster of small white ball bearings the week after Snowdrift's elimination feels... Funny? Targeted? Ironic? Not sure. But hey, if you're a Snowballs fan, you've still technically got someone to root for!

Excellent start to the week for the O'Rangers. Could've got 1st had Mandarin not struggled at the end there, but 2nd is nothing to sneeze at.
This could be a decent week for Mandarin, not a lot of ramps this week. Keeping my fingers crossed.

About Shock...
Taking it easy in the last two races of the previous round seems to have paid off with a strong first run in this round, especially coming off of an unfavorable end position at the start. Excellent tactical strategy by the Thunderbolts!
A fast track gives mandarin a advantage hoping he makes best of it
If anything he needs to pump the brakes on the last obstacle. Too much speed makes you bounce off the opposite side instead of dropping to the finish.
Hopefully the Thunderbolts can parlay that win last week into more success!

Still doing really well on the contraptions. Got past the working Battering Ram without trouble. Used the ball bearings defensively, got past, and I think a little boost from one. But must have fallen foul of the Crazy Chevron, but out of frame. I'm sure you've learned the lesson well, Swax, you beautiful marble! Tomorrow the bees will buzz with greater joy! 🐝🐝🐝

Not the best of starts for my boy Swax, but he's probably gassed from last week.
I think the Jungle Jumpers are starting to develop a rivalry with the crazy chevron in the same way that the Minty Maniacs developed one with the mace. This is the 2nd DNF in the past 10 races where Jump has been DNF'd by the crazy chevron. If you remember back to race 63, they got launched off the course due to the velocity of the chevron and could've been eliminated had Momomo not DNF'd as well.
