In my opinion The Enemy is the the most underrated band in the world. Their songs are brilliant, I've been listening to them since 2007 and I've never had enough ;)
They certainly didn't deserve to have Streets in the Sky named the 4th worst album of 2012. In fact, I'd say it was one of the better albums released during one of the last years music didn't make my ears bleed.
I went to villa park years ago to see Bon Jovi and their support band had cancelled on them earlier in the day, imagine my absolute delight when “The Enemy” stepped in last minute to do a support gig! I enjoyed it more than the headline act 👌🏼
Finally got to see them in Bournemouth Friday night and it was one of the best gigs I’ve ever been to! Complete carnage and played the whole of the first album. What a night 👌
To think that a song like this was #4 nine years ago and the album #1 and yet nowadays radio never plays them and they are about to split up largely due to insufficient airplay. A lot can change in nine years. Used to love this song and still do. Looking forward to their Manchester show on the 15th September. It will be a socking privilege to see them live. Long live the Enemy.
You said it man! The Enemy is one of my Top Bands and it's a crowded spot! They had the talent and the sound and I scratch my head wondering why they didn't go global. Maybe the fact they signed to Warner Bros weighed them down too much when really a dark indie label could have been better?
An absolutely awesome band. Brilliant live , with a true social comment. Unfortunately slagged off by the talentless critics. One day hopefully they will return to please the masses again .
@@jazz4583Hi jazz , I'm going to see the Enemy tomorrow at the Lincoln Engine Shed , a treat from my kids for my birthday. I'm so happy , I remembered your comment . Highest regards .
back in 2007 I went to Ireland from Australia , this played on channel Q consistently, , I had my first underage pint, The people where pale , the tunes were tight. take me back
The lead singer used to work in my mums shop, Tom Clarke.. He always stated he was up for better things.. But it's cool to know that my mum was his superior lol. She thought he was a proper nice bloke and eventually he left the shop to become a brilliant band. The video was filmed in Coventry where they originally came from.. quality band though and the lyrics were apparently crated from that shop.. Had enough, hand enough let me down, had enough, had enough see yoy round.. eh eh what's the matter with your face face, well you want it your way way, won't give me sometime to understand your mind
love this track & the Album. They would've fit right in during the 90's. They got the oasis attitude and lyrical content able to sum up a generational vibe like PULP. Deserve MUCH more success.
OMGOMGOMGOMG I have been trying to find this song for 3 years! I saw it on NME when it first came out but I had to go out before it finished and I have always remembered the lyrics hey ey, whats the matter with your face but everytime I looked for it for 2 years I couldn't find it on the internet for some stupid reason when I looked up the lyrics now finally after asking everyone and looking everywhere I've found it AHH so happy! I love it! How did I not find it for so long when I like this band

Krissy Valentine This is still one of the best songs out there and these guys were crazily underrated!
Same here bro the e lire in Coventry right? So far this year I've saw stone roses, Kasabian, ocean colour scene, happy Monday's, black grape and charlatans
AWESOME BAND AWESOME ALBUM AWESOME MUSIC !!! Not received attention deserved to them. If this album was released in the 90's it would have blew up and made THE ENEMY an household name but with the music industry as it has been for last decade or so AMAZING BANDS & ALBUMS just don't the exposure they should. The Enemy should've easily been the OASIS of their decade but since the 90's which had small independent labels that wasn't in the business just for the cash and allowed artist to do their thing but gave the big major money machine labels a valuable lesson that lead them to systematically buy up as many of these independent labels leaving only the big wigs with any national or international platform for any music other than the fun boy factory made boy/girl band bubblegum garbage that sounds the same year after year.
The album this track is off is We'll Live & Die in these Towns all the tracks on it are very strong if you like this song you will love the album & is probably availiable now for pennies ...a great band ..
@XvHazzavX they are due to release their 3rd Album in the next couple of months, they just played a big exclusive comeback gig in Coventry last week, check out their facebook page and official website for more info, tour dates to be announced soon, new album will be full of new songs which sounded awesome from the comeback gig
@ukbassman7 They are big, not massive but big. Maybe your too young, but not all that long ago I'd say they were massive. Besides new album on the way and rumoured for LEEDS :D

Absolute quality, I'm seeing this weekend for their last tour! This album is one of my favourites ever, I can't name one track I don't like

Good band but the Seahorses were the most underrated band.
Announcement they are coming back!! 2022 tours been announced!
