But it is SO warm and humid there, I almost just dropped dead walking around! I also don't think foreigners can buy property there unless it is X miles away from the coast.

I know they do have gyms and saunas. Pools yes. Whirlpools I haven't seen too many. Hope this helps. Any other information on this topics?

Did you mention cost of your place? Is the 500k too crowded compared to other places? I’ve watched several videos and heard great things! Only one negative heard was trash pick up not great.

I'm in a 6 bed, 4 bath home with a maid, chauffeur, chef and in ground pool on the beach & a gated community with 24 hour security. My total cost is $623 a month all inclusive. Mexico has gotten expensive, so we moved to....the Philippines! 😋

As a Romantic Zone resident for 20 years I beg you please stop making these videos. We have way too many people moving to Vallarta as it is! Trust me it is terrible you don’t want to come!
