How to fit heated grips to your motorcycle (It is not too hard to do)

  • If you like to get out on them fresh winter days but find your Fingers going numb, try fitting some heated grips they're not too hard to install yourself and well worth doing for all you year-round riders.

    It's strange how so many people start with gluing the grips on before actually routing the cables or checking everything fits. You also don't need the sticky pad if you're screwing on the mount. The sticky pad is for if you're not using the mount and you're sticking the control unit to your dash.

    Well done mate. They are great grips. A
    wee suggestion for next time, cover paintwork with a rag, that glue will ruin and plastic or paint if it drips.
    And don't touch on high with ungloved hands, they will burn.

      Hello, it was an additional windscreen. I’m not sure the name as it came on the bike. Sorry I can’t help you out any more than that
