  • The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex best friend who she helped out after an abusive relationship. She claims she bought a car from her former bestie, and her ex-friend stole it from her. She’s suing for what she paid. The defendant claims she was the one who took her ex-friend under her wing. She admits she did sell her a car, but she took it back because her former bestie trashed it and never paid for it.

I knew it was an old car and something could go wrong. I am eternally grateful to him. I have now had it almost 3 years and absolutely love it. People just need to have sense enough to know that if something goes wrong with it, you bought an old, used car. Family is more important than a car.

I don't get why some people hurt their significant other. I accidentally hit my late wife while turning over in my sleep 23 years ago, and I still feel bad despite being asleep when I did it. She woke up screaming, I woke up, she laughed that now she could now "blackmail" me for hitting her and I still to this day feel bad. How can you say you love someone that physically hurt them?

Many grew up in household where it was normal. So they don’t know what a healthy relationship looks like. Not always, but it’s often the case. Some people are just awful for seemingly no reason. For some it’s power, they feel inadequate in other ways in their life. Lack of control, so exert it on their partner and/or children. The psychology of it is interesting, as weird as that may seem to say.
