- The plaintiff is suing his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, claiming that after she caught him with another woman she grabbed a knife and ended up going to jail. He felt bad and posted her bail, but she hasn’t paid him back. He is suing her for an unpaid loan. The defendant claims she never agreed to pay him back. She is countersuing for the cost of expunging her record and lost wages.

But was it really cheating if he told her he was dealing with somebody else? She allowed him to do that so she really couldn't have been that surprised to actually see him in the act.
These two deserve each other. They are in a dysfunctional relationship and will bee tied to each other for at least another 17- 18yrs. I feel bad for the kids.

I couldn't have said it better myself. What you said makes a lot of sense. I don't get why a girl catches her boyfriend and then attacks the other girl. If he cheats on you, he's not worth it, just leave him. I wouldn't want all that drama in my life.
There's a lot of stress in having 2 kids with somebody you don't trust... especially having the kids several years apart. I'd say these 2 will be in divorce court within 5 years, AND with another dramatic situation involving violence.

I think the plaintiff is a fool. The defendant breaks into your home. Threatens with a knife, bonds her out of jail because she's pregnant and move her in your home and expect to pay bond after 6 yrs. All this because he felt sorry for her. Kinda late dude.

First, she needs to accept accountability for her own actions. She blamed everyone but herself for everything. Second, what a nasty man. Third, she should have had to pay the bond back since it was hers. It actually showed his one redeeming quality that he didn’t allow his baby mama to stay in jail.

My baby's father cheated on me when I was 8 weeks pregnant, I had so many thoughts on things to do to him at the time, I just happen to be a rational thinker and I found out after it had happened, I totally get why the defendant acted that way, it's very disheartening and humiliating especially when caught red handed

Well the judge first caught Solange in a lie about how she got in. Then about having a knife. Its hard to have compassion with a liar regarding adjudication of a case. Me personally couldnt deal with a cheater but she did know early on he was a cheater. If they do it with you, they will do it to you!
