Super Mario Bros. Wonder is a delightful game that has been receiving rave reviews since its release. The game is not only visually stunning but also offers a challenging experience to players. The game has several levels, and some of the toughest levels are found in the Special World. The Final-Final Test: Badge Marathon tests your skills in ways no other level in Super Mario Bros. Wonder does. It offers various segments that almost serve as embedded Badge Challenges, and these challenges are fierce. You’ll want to come into this level loaded up on lives. For completing this difficult test, Super Mario Bros. Wonder rewards you with the final Badge called “Sound Off?”.
Another challenging level in Super Mario Bros. Wonder is The Final Test: Wonder Gauntlet. This level throws an ever-changing mix of Wonder Effects your way as you progress through the stage. The Semifinal Test: Piranha Plant Reprise is another tough level that resurfaces one of the more entertaining Wonder Effects in the context of a much more difficult stage.

Im sure the first section is meant to have your cap open at all times and held down since if you line yourself up with the first coin everything else falls in place
Yeah, also I always stay crouched in the crouch jump badge area anyway, so that’s 2.
And the invisible one is so easy I didn’t even know you could place standees or emotes to help you and it was still easy to beat the invisibility section
@@grahamtek I didn't think of standes and emotes I just kept moving and was always hoping to not die. I guess I played the hardest mode at my main game...
also pretty sure that the crouching high jump is easier while always holding down, since every long platform requires a crouch jump
@@lukaspisecky same so it was probably why i had to do the level over again because i didnt hit the top of the flag pole😢
The first, second, and fourth "challenges" were literally the ways I found to make those sections easier when I played the level for the first time

When I did the invisibility thing I didn’t even think of emoting or placing standees 😅 that took me a lot of tries
I played right there with the same rules for three hours over and over again that I developed a skill overnight somehow. Next day after three tries I beated invisibility mode

I found out from a challenge video that the drill still spins when you’re invisible, so that’s my way to beat the room

For the invisibility section, I accidentally learned that spin jumping shows where you are, and every time you spin jump on a bouncy triangle, the spin effect plays again, therefore, letting you see where you are
I purposely learned that.
This is genuinely one of the most exciting Mario games in years

Report: This took me a week with practicing but some segments like the float, Spring, and Running badges were really Hard to get by, I had Fun though!

for the crouching high jump badge room staying crouched the whole time is actually the easiest way to do it lmao, if you hold down the whole time and only ever press jump when you need to maybe with a few mid air spins it's extremely consistent
That created problems on my run since I'd accidentally trigger an unwanted ground pound over the limecurrant juice.

I love how this challenge does not require mods and can be played by anyone and I have some more challenge ideas for the Special level challenges
Pipe-rock plateau special Bounce bounce bounce without landing on ground before getting the wonder seed making you have to stay on the hopos
Fluff-puff peaks Special climb to the beat while invisible
Way of the goomba without running untested
pole block allure with the timed high jump badge without being activated untested
Dangerous donut ride with collecting every coin without any badges (sound off badge allowed)
Triple threat deluge but yo can not take damage or use power ups
Solar roller you pick the challenge
Semi-final test but you have Jet run equipped
I just feel weird after I beat this level for the first time not knowing all of these things that make it easier!
A suggestion to make it just a bit harder on the last section. What if you were also required to get the top of the flagpole
Even though the vid is great, I somehow appreciated more that you made your vid 7:02 and didn't artificially stretch it to be 8:02 like so many other huge YT channels do for that midroll revenue
I'm glad someone noticed! Originally the video was about 7:40 but I always would rather cut it down to make it the best I can then stretch it for more money.

I didn’t even realize you could emote in order to reveal your location for the invisibility badge that would have made that level so much easier

Idea in the floady Highjump room no groundpound, he also must get a mushroom in this room, you can damage boost throuth the piranias, and can frame perfect got the jump where the platform goes into poisen, it would be much harder
I wish there were achievements in the game, like some of these challenges.
2:00 That one isn't even a challenge, that's actually my strategy to beat that room easier.

One fun challenge I've been doing is to try to beat levels with the spring jump badge and without pressing Y or B. A few levels are impossible, but i think you could beat the main game like this.
I also try doing levels with no coins, power-ups, and checkpoints when possible.
I really recommend at least doing Blewbird Roost and Outmaway Valley with this challenge.
Theres a lot of fun tech which is why I like it.
I unintentionally completed most of these on my first time playing the level lmao
That final section is genuinely how I did it my first time around. I was too stupid to use standees or emotes and my adhd kept me moving at all times.
6:11 i just feel like an idiot because I died so many times in this challenge, and i was so stressed, that i even forgot i could use emotes or standees. So i kinda accidentally done your challenge LOL
I did an entire challenge run, and I’d suggest some of you guys try it! I beat the first few levels with no completion (no flagpoles, no big flower coins, and no wonder flower wonder seeds) then I 100% completed the game with ONLY the Jet Run badge. Aside from badge challenges, it was equipped for every level. It is possible and the Jet Run is actually my favorite badge as of now, and I use it nearly all the time!
Really? My fav badge is twirl. I thought Jet Run badge as dangerous since sometimes you don't want to go too fast

I completely forgot emoting existed. I never thought to use it with the invisibility badge. That sounds like it makes the finale of the final challenge easier

With the spring feet one, ground pounding stops you in the air for a bit… I’ve seen it used before
6:15 I never used the emote system while using the invisibility badge, I just used muscle memory, and knowing Mario is almost always in the middle of the screen, I got through just fine.
I don't get this fascination for harder levels that plenty of people have. I absolutely hate all of the ultra-hard Mario levels since SMG2. I played the final Mario Wonder level with Nabbit because I lost my patience on that forsaken fire bar section, I just want to end the game.
The crouch jump challenge is how I always play this room. I always hold Down.
most of the super jump part can be done while holding the crouch button and pressing jump in rhythm which I think is intended, rather than crouching off the boost pads.
the invisible part has all those clouds to track where you are, and the particle effects when you move.
the end of the fire bar part is pretty mean, you are already commited to jumping into the final two fire bars most of the time when you realize your timing is off. on a sidenote, this level is a good candidate for using nabbit.
the only three actually hard levels in this game are the final final test, way of the goomba, and climb to the beat.
for me way of the goomba is a joke

Literally, I just held the Crouch button the entire time during the Crouching High Jump section. It makes it easier imo lol
Emotes and standees? I hadn't considered those. I've just used spin jumps for the Invisibility section and it worked out surprisingly fine. The Wall-Climb Jump and Jet Run segments were worse because they forced me to work against my Mario platforming instincts. It took a number of lost lives before I finally stopped pushing away on the first wall jumps and jumping before leaving the platforms. Hated having to do those two.
The crouch jump is how i always do that room and I can do it every time

Room 1. When I first played through I didn't even realize you could open the parachute cap multiple times! haha it was so much easier when I realized that. Also I find constantly moving while invisible easier cuz of the dust you kick up. Lookd like I partially did the challenge without even realizing it !

Some people use ground pounds to correct their timing on the spring badge fire jumps, they're crazy though

You were supposed to twirl for the spring jump one I had no idea no wonder it took me so long
In the video, final section challenge objective was actually failed: You stopped by hitting stair blocks at the end. The instant, Mario`s horizontal velocity reads big fat 0 - INSTANT DEATH!!

Hmm... let's see...
I've already done the Parachute Cap, Crouching High-Jump, Wall-Jump, Jet Run (as a joke when I got tired of doing everything the same way), and Invisibility Challenge.
I pretty much already did the High-Jump challenge minus 1 gp at the end for speed.
Dolphin Kick will be annoying. Same with Spring Feet (though gpcs will probably make it not as bad).
Mid-Air Spin will not be difficult, you hold right most of the time anyways.
Grappling hook will just take forever.
Could have made it harder. I think I'll give this a whirl round the weekend.
Then it might be fun to create my own challenge >:)
It took me an hour to get past this level alone. It was challenging enough even with the few checkpoints they thankfully included, so no way am I accepting this Arrowstotle challenge.

Trust me on this, the level by itself is hard enough. It took me over 100 tries just to beat it the normal way and was convinced halfway through I wasn’t going to beat it.

Bro… whenever I come back to this level for fun, I always leave my cap open for the cap part cause the hazards move just perfectly to dodge everything with ease, always ground pound on the second one to get the platform moving on the floating part cause whenever the platform slows down it just goes back and ruins my groove, most of the time I always crouch on the crouching part cause it’s easier to time the jumps, most of my runs I always touch the flower even if I am speed running, always run straight ahead on the spin jump part cause the hazards move perfectly to the point where you can just book it and immediately get to the pipe just like the cap part and I never emote on the invis part cause I either always save a bubble flower to cheese that part and I am not good enough to emote and move on the air at the same time…. You just made a speed running challenge… you made a video about speed running this level…. Well, except for the swim, spring jump and jet run parts
I did that with no power ups, no badges, and no checkpoints on the 2nd hardest (because the main hardest forces you to use badges)
