Hello..i wanted to know for women during their cycles are they allowed to skip the schedule for a few days and rest cos for some like me its a difficult time!
Akka will be allowed to stay wid our family for the duration of thier stay like if they are planning to live for 3-4 days can we stay wid them in the cottage?
Anna, in this case, you need to contact the Sadhanapada team before your family arrives and seek their permission. If permission is granted, then you can stay however you should be careful about not missing out on any program aspects due to your stay.
Could you please response on this I'm a 19 student completed inner engineering online and going to complete offline too I applied for sadhanapada 2023 but i heard instructions like highly recommended hatha yoga all advanced events to complete is that must to get selected? Only with shamabavi mahamudra are not they going to accept ? Because if I wanted to attend that programs I can't sufficient money for all those this is free so I'm trying my best do u think sis they give me a chance if I tell right answer why I wanted to attend this program
Namaskaram JSK Anna 🙏🏼 Glad to know you have applied for IE completion and plan to apply for Sadhanapada. Completion of Shambhavi Mahamudra is mandatory. If possible, then you can do Hatha programs but that’s not mandatory to apply for the Sadhanapada program. In Sadhanapada program itself they will teach some of the Hatha programs. Btw do u really think mam sadhanapada can change of our life I'm mean it's going fix yourself to fit into life
