    ✅Ingredients
    • 1 pork tenderloin, 1 - 1 ½ pounds
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 5 cloves crushed garlic
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    ✅Instructions
    1️⃣ Place pork tenderloin into a resealable plastic bag.
    2️⃣ In a small mixing bowl whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, Soy sauce, white wine vinegar, ground mustard, salt, and pepper.
    3️⃣ Pour mixture over the pork tenderloin in the plastic bag. Seal and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours to overnight.
    4️⃣ To cook, heat an oven-safe heavy skillet over high heat. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.
    5️⃣ Sear the pork tenderloin for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer skillet immediately to the oven and cook until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 15 minutes.
    6️⃣ Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

    I just tried this " Pork Tenderloin Marinade" last night. and it was one of the best things I've ever cooked... I did however change a couple of ingredients. Instead of lemon I used tangerine, and instead of White Wine Vinegar I used Rice Vinegar. TOP Shelf Quality!!!

    Out-freakin-standing! I followed the instructions, but I finished it on my grill at 400 degrees F and it was succulent through the meat. I will always use this approach

    I will highly recommend subbing honey instead of brown sugar as honey is a natural tenderizer for meats and will mesh well with the other wet ingredients in the marinade

      You can use balsamic vinegar instead of white then you dont need any sugar

      At one tablespoon, I don’t see why you couldn’t substitute the soy with Worcestershire sauce. I’ve used marinades that call for one or the other. Both are very good!

      unless you live in a 3rd world country, pork does not need to be well done. Cooking pork to around 140 degrees is perfect.

      True. The original stay at home chef is presently focusing on trying to recover from a chronic illness that she shared acrew years ago that she suffers with. She recently made a video that she wz taking a sabbatical and this chef worked with her producing the show and would be continuing the show in her absence. She left the impression she did intend to return to her show

    I have been told all my life to Never use the marinade sauce that you have soaked your meat in for anything else, not to pour over , or bast your meat. Throw it out........
