- The Only Pork Tenderloin Recipe You'll Ever Need. Indeed that is a bold statement. But this is a bold recipe. Bold in a good way, outstanding really. So it's A Pork Tenderloin, Dusted with a smokey and Savory Rub. Seared on all sides to lock in juices and flavor. Brushed with a sweet glaze. Then Oven roasted until juicy perfection.
The Rub:
1 Tsp Paprika.
1 Tsp Garlic Powder.
1 Tsp Onion Powder.
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme.
1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary.
Salt and Pepper To Taste. (about 1/2 Tsp Each).
The Glaze.
4 Gloves Minced Garlic.
1/4 Cup Honey.
1 Tbsp Sriracha or any hot sauce.
3 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce.
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard.
Just a point about searing. Searing adds great flavor by caramelizing the protein. BUT it does not lock in the juices. I see this misconception in many You Tube videos. To add moisture the pork should be brined in a brining solution for 3 to 4 hours and the meat should not be overcooked. Cooking to a internal temperature of 170 or 180 degrees will dry it out. 145 to 150 degrees is perfect.
