I can't say enough about how good this pork chop turned out. I had two bone in chops about 1 in thick. I didn't follow the recipe exactly but I tried. I did the brine as described and put it into the fridge. Then I watched the video again and realized I forgot to heat the brine first. So after a day of sitting in the brine, I pulled it out boiled, simmered, and cooled the brine and did it again. Then I made the marinade according to directions and painted the chops. Due to my schedule it sat there another day. Then I cooked my first chop in a cast iron skillet on the stove top, pretty much according to the video directions. It was very good and I was happy with it. But here is the rest of the story. I put the second pork chop back into the fridge for one more day. I had wanted to cook my chop either on the grill or in the oven but didn't. So for the second chop, I had a little more time. I seared the pork chop in cast iron on the stove top, 3 minutes per side, then put the skillet and chop in the 375 deg. oven for 15 minutes. At 10 minutes I stuck a thermometer in the chop. Oh. It was already at 150, so I pulled it out and let it rest 4 or 5 minutes while I continued to monitor the thermometer temp. It got to 155 and stayed there, so I considered it done. I sliced into my pork chop and could not believe that first bite. This was the best tasting and juiciest pork chop I have ever eaten. I could not believe I made this. I think it was restaurant quality. If I bought this at a restaurant, I would be very happy with it. All the brining and marinading time was unintentional. I just had things going on and couldn't get to the chops when I wanted to, but boy was it ever worth it. Best thing I ever cooked. Thank you, thank you FoodNatics.
That sounds magical. I might try that

I like your presentation. No talking and waste of time. I don't like talkative people. And I like the music too.
"I don't like talkative people"
Neither do we. Give it a thumbs up and move on....
I agree
Dont worry, they dont like you either
I left mine in the brine for 48 hours and have NEVER had such juicy and soft pork chops in my life. Excellent recipe.
I tried and followed the instructions 100%. The outcome was out of words. It’s so juicy and delicious and I would recommend this easy dish to all pork lower. Loved it 100%
Was a little hesitant to try this, but let it be known that this is one good recipe. Followed instructions and instead of the fry option, the grill was used. Seared the meat 3 minutes per side and indirectly finished them until the temp read 155 F. Covered and rested for 6 minutes and sliced them. Chops are moist and flavorful. Will definitely use this recipe again. Thank you kind sir.

FoodNatics pwede po bang hindi lagyan ng bay leaves?
Have made this recipe around 3-4 times now, and it's become an instant favourite at home. The only thing I do differently is cook the final chops in butter and keep the garlic from the brine to add to the pan while frying the chops. Thank you so much. This is amazing!
What appealed to me with this recipe is the brine & the simple marinade. However I condensed the soak time for the brine to 30 minutes, and the marinade to 40 minutes since I used small pork chops that were 1/2 inch thick. The results were delicious! This recipe is definitely a keeper, thank you for sharing it!
Finally I see someone using hand protection gloves to handle pork or chicken always use protective food gloves to avoid cross-contamination I give this person 100% true to prepare food
I tried this and was a bomb! Soooo tender even the top part of the fat. Juicy and full of flavor. Will make this again and agaaaaain! Btw, I left the chop in brine solution for almost 48hrs, I forgot to cook it the following day I marinade it. Thank you for this recipe.
Never would've thought to score the fat to prevent curling, thanks!
I was thinking the same thing lol
Akan cuba,tq for video ..ini bleh mmbantu
Do not smoke a joint and then watch this ! Got dehydrated by mouth watering ❤️❤️❤️
Holy shit! Your comment just flashed in my eyes as soon as I finished the video and I was high 😂
Got dehydrated pretty bad
😂
bruh??? hahahah
To late know I've got the munchies big time.
I'm sitting here just hit my bong and this video pops up. Intraptment
I’ve eaten a lot of pork chops and it’s really hard to find one that’s juicy and full of flavor. What I’ve found is just bland and dry. But now I can say with confidence that this method changes everything. Thank you for showing us the light.
I finally found my pork chop recipe! I followed this recipe, made it today and my fiancé and I LOVED IT! 🥰 the juiciness, tenderness was amazing! 🙏🏼🥰
Much love from TX, USA 🇺🇸
How long did you cook each side for ?
I’m 13 and made these pork chops and they turned out amazing very easy recipe but also very good
I made this for brunch and had it with scrambled eggs and an english muffin slathered with butter and Bonne Maman Sweet Orange - Passion Fruit Spread. The only thing I did different was added butter to the skillet and basted the chop after turning it over. It was freaking delicious! I haven't had a pork chop in decades but grabbed a couple at the store on a whim yesterday. I'm so glad I chose this tutorial. Bravo! Bravo!
malinis, direktang walang paligoy ligoy at ek ek na pagluluto kaya mas naiintindihan.. good job.
Made this a few weeks ago and was superrrrrr satisfied with how it turned out. Followed the steps exactly but just didn't add the optional coriander. Making the brine RIGHT NOW for a batch of pork chops tomorrow. Let me tell you guys, the pork chop turned out so juicy and tender. Like really the best tasting pork chop I've ever eaten.
I love your detailed step, by step instructions
Looks so delicious. I like that you listed all of the ingredients and took us through the recipe step by step. I never thought of scoring the fat to keep the chop from curling while cooking. I didn't think to brine the meat either. Thank you for teaching me these things.
I never cut the fat before. That's a nice trick to make it flat.
I made it exactly the way it is shown in the video. It blew my mind that my kids who are picky eaters couldn't get enough of this. It turned out REALLY GOOD!. Thank you so much.
Ilove the way you prepare the good. Good job.
This is amazing, my family loved it! I've tried all kinds of marinating and everytime i fry it, it turns out dry. This brine really is the secret. Thank you for sharing!

Didn't realize we had run out of soy sauce (not a big fan anyway) so I used Worchestershire sauce and it turned out amazing.
i loved all your videos...thank you so much for sharing it to a lot of people...God bless you and your loved ones!!!
Thanks for sharing the recipe 😀
All of these years and I've never scored the fat. Seems like such a no brainer once you've seen it. Thanks for the recipe!!!
Tried this, it was great 👍🏽 👍🏽
I always brine pork chops, steak, chicken. It makes a huge difference in how moist and flavorful the meat turns out. I never knew about scoring the fat. Thanks!
There is something soothing and satisfying hearing the sounds from all of the preparation.
Thank you😊

Love it love it. Been waiting for this recipe. The reason I don’t cook pork chops is because they become dry and hard and not tasty at all. Thank you. My 31 and 27 year olds would love to live in your house! Although my eldest loves to cook adobo and binagoongang baboy to his foreign friends here and they love them too!😀👍
😍😍😍
Easy if you plan dinner 3 days in advance but I'm going to try cause damn
