¡Hey Adriene! I’m from Chile and i’ve been doing some yoga since the covid started and I want to thank you for your amazing work and videos❤️. Yoga helped me a lot to accept and love my body.
Got interrupted by a delivery person at the door today while I was in down dog and I'm sure they'd have been able to see me through the window lmao. Made me think about how a year or so ago I used to be so anxious that I would frantically hide at the back of the house any time there was a knock on the door. Today I got up, answered the door with a smile, and didn't even feel marginally stressed out or embarrassed. It was a nice reminder of how far I've already come.
That is so beautiful - I’ve been there and come out the other side too. It feels so good not to not feel the fear any more doesn’t it. Love to you 💕

I've started doing this new "drill" that every time I notice that I could do something in a better way on my mat, instead of being too hard on myself I try and say "Great observation" to myself. I always say that I'm willing to be humble and learn so why would I expect perfection or not be ready to accept imperfection? Hoping to do this more off the mat, too😉 Wishing anyone reading this a positive day!

I graduated university this spring and have been feeling kind of lost and stressed regarding my next steps. The pressure from family and friends isn’t helping either. The kind mantras brought a tear to my eye, as I am reminded that I’ll find my way, in my own time. Thank you Adriene, what a wonderful practice❤️.

Not sure why I skipped this one four months ago. It is quite nice.
Yesterday, as I was out of town visiting a friend, I started to feel faint and a little wobbly, as I climbed the stairs from an underpass. It was as if an earthquake was happening, but there wasn't one. It only lasted less than a minute during which I was able to message my friend to look for me in case I did not show. When I walked out onto the street level, the one leg was still not 100 percent there, but soon after it was fine.

I love that you reached out to your friend when you were feeling out of sorts. Sometimes I wonder if our bodies send these little messages just to see if we’re paying attention. Nice to know you are and that you love yourself to make sure you line up help if it will be needed.

@@trishakingsbury2224 I had to reach out because it was not where many walk, despite it being a busy street. It was raining and fewer were out. I literally thought there was a chance I might drop to the ground. I think lack of decent sleep, overexertion walking and insufficient water were the likely cause.
Adriene's closing statement "May we always see the TRUTH, speak the TRUTH and feel the TRUTH." is all too relevant now, and everyday. These words offer focus and positive perspective during this confusing, unfortunate pandemic. Thank you Adriene, sincerely.

Who's here on Move March 2021? It has been difficult to keep moving during this whole "corona" year. I started to follow Adriene's Yoga practices when the first wave hit Germany, and have been doing daily practices since then. Some days have been tougher than others, some days I had to force my self to move, to make time for myself. I am grateful for you Adriene and for all of you practicing all over the world, you keep me motivated, humble and full of joy. Namaste!
I'm back! I got lost in February. But got the email with the March calendar and was like yep time to move! Great practice. I want to teach my girl scout troop Knocking on Heaven's Door, as part of their My Best Self badge. It's a great let it go movement! Thank you 💗

A wonderful start to March 2021 - MOVE! I especially enjoyed the mantras at the end of this practice. I've done YWA every day this year, and I have never felt stronger or happier in my life. Thank you, Adriene, Benji, and the beautiful YWA community ❤️
"Everything is as it should be." I could relate to this mantra more than the other one (which seems to be getting a lot of the love in the comments). I like that statement because it helps me to accept that this is where I'm at now and relieves the anxiety of wanting to make changes.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Play Day - 10 is a refreshing and enlightening practice. It's an awesome start for my first day with my virtual gig. Ironically. I will work with Dallas, Texas high school students to help improve their English (and Adriene is in Texas). I love reading 📚 and English has always been my favorite subject. I did modify throughout this session. I did puppy instead of down dog and a modified plank due to tension in my lower back. I am going to push 💪🏾 through to do a morning 🌄 run 🏃🏿♀️. Committing myself to a month of yoga , this was a perfect practice to start with. I feel full of energy and ready for the week ahead. Everything is as it should be.
I did this practice today just before going to the exam for my driving licence. I passed my exam and partly because of your kind words about how we treat ouselves and how the destiny goes the way it should. Thank you Adriene for beeing for us in any situation of life =)

Came to the mat today feeling unmotivated and anxious. I heard one of my yoga teachers in the back of my mind telling me that no matter how I feel, (happy, sad, tired) it doesn’t matter. Yoga will always make me feel better. And it truly does. My entire mood/perspective shifted. Thank you for your guidance Adriene ❤️

I paused the video right at the start as you urged us to 'let it go'. and cried for 10 minutes straight. Today is my first time back on the mat since my wonderful cat Mia, died two days ago. She was old and tired but was my constant yoga companion who purred me through each plank, nuzzled my fingers as I sat cross legged and lay down next to me at the end of each session. My heart is breaking to be here without her but it has started the healing and I won't give up, I just have to learn to do it with her in my heart, not in the room beside me any more. Thank you Adriene for your wonderful yoga and the way it helps body, mind and spirit repair and grow x
It was midnight…I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t let the thing that was bothering me go, I talked to my husband about it, which helped, but it wouldn’t just move on. I did a quick search for a yoga session to help me move it along. Half way through I felt relief and tension lessen. Ahh just a quick 20 mins and I was free to sleep. I wish more people did this rather then go to alcohol or tv or just lay in bed tossing and turning. I’m so thankful to just “let it go.” 🙏 Namaste
I've been doing 15 hour days, applying for funding for arts projects, and this practice has made all the tension just melt away. Feeling alive, awake, present and ready for the week ahead. Thanks so much for your weekly emails and these brilliant sessions.

Thank you so much Adriene. You are amazing. I felt serious relief during the knocking on heaven's door, and felt like I exhaled some black smoke in one of the downward dogs. At the ending mountain pose, right before you started mantras, the words 'prana apana' came to mind, and I feel so secure right now, like I'm standing up tall, and i'm taking the right (baby) steps in life.

I am a wreck today and I found this practice again at the exact right moment. I left my only child far away at college yesterday so I'm struggling a lot. This was a blessing to find and do again. Things are as they should be indeed and the universe is for me (and my baby) and so is everything else. Thank you, Adriene (and your mom). Your practices "come" to me in an uncanny way just when I need them most.

I was so sad to miss BREATH and BRIDGE, but I don't know why, I couldn't any "life force" to show up on the mat... And today, when I heard the second mantra "The Universe is for me and so everything else" I started to cry ... I don't know what this reaction means, but it definitely succeed to let something go ... Has anyone had also tears at the end of this practice ? Wish you all a wonderful day, week and month ! Thank you again for everything !!

As someone feeling rather stiff this morning, I wondered about this vinyasa flow practice, but it was a moderate one, kind and slow Adriene, as you always do ☺️ so senior yogis we can do this for the start of MOVE for March. 20 minutes just right for a little wake up and I used deep slow breaths to calm me down. I’m looking forward to Thursday, for the spine, should be good 🤔😃 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕

really got into this one tonight and channeled all that negggggative out of me into the universe so it can be transformed into something positive. thank you thank you thank you thank you.
I haven't seen my cousin in 10 months and three weeks ago we made plans for me to go over to his for the weekend. I've been super scared and stressed about it due to my social anxiety but finally this week I let go of that stress and let it be replaced by excitment. I struggled so hard to only look forward to it with joy rather than fear and last night his cat died unexpectedly and he, undertandably, cancelled. I'm so upset at the universe. I'm mad at the timing, mad and sad at his pain and so very disappointed. I struggled so hard and now it's for nothing. This practise helped me let it go. I'm still upset about it but I've accepted it, somewhat.
Thank you so much for revisiting this one, I really enjoyed it this morning. I'm finishing off the Home 30-day series which overlaps because of February! I'm feeling so good having chosen this one this morning. Namaste :)
I'm home from work today because I could not deal with the outside world today. 20 days until the election, Covid still raging out of control.. all of it just sent me into a tailspin of body ick! I'm not 100% after this, but as always, a session with Adriene basically just lights up your whole world. So so soooo grateful for these videos!!!

Oh my gosh, Adriene!!! I realize this video is 5 years old but I have been so struggling this morning (3/12/21) with a negative event that happened to me yesterday. I have been working real hard to move past it and by doing this yoga flow, I have finally succeeded! Thanks to you, the wonderful mantras, I have my "mojo" back. The heaviness is gone and I am smiling. I wish you sparkles, joy, and many blessings today and always...thank you, thank you, thank you!!! ✨🎉🙏💕

Intention : flow to allow and let it go
A feel good sequence today, this is a testimony that after I did this practice I have recharge to my full potential throughout my day doing vigorous task physically and mentally and I am happy that I had a productive day. That is why I am just about to post this journal entry because right after my practice I have to rush to my day and having this time for myself is always worth it. Today I kept in mind the sometimes the only obstacle we face is our own mind, so I let it go and flow. Happy today thank you Adriene

I really appreciate the Internet and CZcams because they allowed me to meet Adriene, amongst so many other cool people in this world! I also appreciate them allowing to keep a record of this more "naive" childlike Adriene, which I love and the more mature and quiet Adriene we see now, which I also love. It would have been a shame though that either of them would have gotten lost in time without record! Seeing them both reminds me of my naive, shyer and kinder self who would try to avoid upsetting anyone and my transformation into an assertive, decisive person who will not shy away from saying things that hurt as long as they must be said! Adriene contributes to the world by helping millions of humans become more sane and human. And I believe I contribute by provoking and challenging a few dozens to think and go beyond their prejudices and fears! Her way is kinder and sweeter and far more extended but I believe we both make our contribution, but I've only come to be able to do mine because people like her helped me, first!
Just discovered you today and I am really enjoying your vids. Your mellow, non-showy approach makes me feel like I am just chilling with a friend who happens to be guiding me through yoga.

I really appreciated at the opening when you told us to acknowledge how we are feeling, even if it's crappy. I've taken on a new career and new challenges this year, but it's meant I've had to give up other things, and some times I'm just filled with self-hate and negative self-talk. Yesterday and today were days like that. This practice was just what I needed mentally. I acknowledged how I have been feeling and then let it go with each exhale. Thank you, Adriene, for somehow always knowing what I need.
