Amazing video! It's so great that you share your love for swimming, it is such an amazing water sport and it's lovely to see you enjoy it, keep going with these great videos. If it doesn't bother you, I'd like to give you a suggestion, a tip for the next videos: Basically, you could try inserting some comic and funny stuff... to give everyone a pinch of humor that, in the world of swimming, diving and all water activities, can never be missing. Now, I don't think much of it, but the first thing I could think of in your sport might be peeing in the water. Once, my uncle, who is a scuba diver, peed in his wetsuit during a long diving session and that moment was absolutely funny, he even wrote "I’m peeing" on a waterproof notebook during the session. He has always been telling me that there are 2 types of divers and swimmers: those who pee in the water and those who lie. I know it may sound strange as a request but, in my opinion, these are moments of happiness and carefree that always make everyone smile. I hope you like the idea and I hope you have a wonderful day!
Thought I might see you at the BeastMan 70.3 with Evan! Man, did he kill it, even in the blizzard conditions that forced like 25 people out during the bike stage. Such a beautiful course, if also harrowing on those descents! I pulled up 40th with a sub-2 half to top it off--right where I wanted to be for my first half distance. With the OnionMan and BeastMan done the last month, I guess I'm the BunionMan?! lollll. Anyways, cheers to another great video and a lot of inspiration for the rest of us!

“Why so many carbs”? Perhaps because they’re the primary fuel source for your body? And have proven benefits for performance? In contrasts to ketones (for instance…) which are both ludicrously expensive and of little if any proven benefit

😂😂😂. Actually it was Dr Price who sabotaged me to get the last laugh. Ari and I had him on the ropes a few times during camp…in the end, he was the only one to finish all the prescribed workouts for the week! 😂

I actually do think Ketone IQ works. But god damn they are expensive. $5 a shot adds up no way people are able to afford taking 5 shots a day
are u kidding me? it's only 70 kcal - it's basically nothing. u can have a candy or 100 other things for a few cent. working muscles need glucose and it doesn't matter where it comes from.

it doesnt matter what gives u fuel. it's an energy source worth of 70 kcal or 292kJ. and that's basically nothing around what his body needs on a usual training day

For 5 days. 10 miles of swimming...ok. 300 miles on the bike... ok. 30 miles of running...not ok. There may be a rationale (a good one, I can't say), but on first thought it would sound better with 100 miles less on the bike and 20 miles more of running.
The expert speaks - yey. Maybe as his core strength is running, not as focused on it in this camp. The focus was obviously the bike. And there was still 5 weeks of training to go...
Generally would agree this ratio wouldn't work if you look at how other pros train
no hate, but this "ketone, ketone, ketone" is getting ridiculous and like others said it destroys your videos. no pleasure to watch that stuff anymore, sorry!
