At the end of the day, it is always about training smarter, even though you are professional i firmly believe 80% of your training must be at easy pace, and stop being obsessed with the amount of hours you spent out there grinding. In my opinion sleep is the most powerful recovery and investigate how can you improve your sleep quality might be a game changer. Cheers Ari.

Hey hey - I was excited for st george b/c outside mag website lets you track athletes in the pro series races. So I could follow along and see competitors that might not be in the lead pack which is covered on video. Its just not as exciting to watch a race when you dont know where your favorite competitor (you!) is sitting. So selfishly Im hoping to see you either in pro races or leading.
But I know primarily its your career and your race so Im happy youre doing all the right things. 💛

At least you're being honest about being a professional youtuber and not a professional triathlonist. For second tier it's probably the best avenue - getting injured is just more content and more clicks. I could say I did warn you about getting injured by overtraining but looking at it from this other angle it's all pretty moot.

so the australian method of overtraining didn't work, who would've guessed. Not sure why you would trust the advice of harder is better from people who are injured alot, and also ignoring training principles.
