Salt Cured | Cold Smoked | Homemade Bacon.

ENG: This is my second year making bacon and decided to document it.
Did it all from salting to smoking them in my homemade cold smoker with woodchips from our apple and cherry trees.
I have the whole process documented and will probably do a how to full video with voice over....lets see.
Feel free to ask questions or maybe throw me a tip on what i could do better.
