I'm a 44yr old blackman and Chris Mullin was my favorite player when I was growing up
He would be great in today's game
Chris Mullin masterful way of side-stepping the "Who was the first 2 bust your ***" 🤣
Didn't he!
Indeed
Brooklyn shit lol
He never actually answered the question
I was waiting the whole interview for him to say “But to answer your question” 🤣
This dude cool as heck man, one of the greatest shooters ever.
He was actually a scorer. He was not like Reddick,Korver etc..
Chris Mullin was the truth!
@@armin38822 you are right
@@armin38822 fav Mully quote “don’t get close get open”
Hell yeah
These boys legit snapping with they lineups my god. Get Tony Allen on here
Love TA
Yea I’d like to see tony Allen and Shane battier come on
Definitely Tony Allen.
We need a B Roy interview rs 💯
That's a good pick
"That team can't score 120, we hit that number, we outta here" lmaoooo man I love Nellie, one of my favorite coaches ever, bruh gave no fucks
Nellie would have a field day if he was coaching now
We outta here… is hilarious
His swag you can tell he hung around all the brothers
Grew up amongst them🦾
Brooklyn represent 🙌
He sound like a brotha if you close ya eyes you would think he was one
Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens. Regardless what color you were, you balled in those spots regularly, swag was injected. Love Mully.
He was a pro ball player, who the hell u think he hung around
Chris Mullin was the man. Once saw him warming up for a game, late in his career, dude hit 26 three pointers in a row in warm up. I wasn't the only one watching, the refs where cracking up over how money his shot was. He was also injured and didn't play during that game, but he was so damn prepared. He then chatted with me for awhile during the game. Killer on the floor but super chill and happy off the court.
Lol same. Pops got us courtside tickets. He stood left wing in warmups and just ran off hella 3s effortlessly
Best podcast out there. It took me 2 seconds to click on this . Mullin was my man
This podcast is now my number 1 podcast for hoops. I used to listen the that other one but this is clearly the best now. Hard work pays off
@AbsolutelyAndre Your right they are good dudes. You can feel the energy.
@AbsolutelyAndre 💯🎯
No more Smoke for Me this it
This is a petty comment.
This man's not talked about enough. This podcast should be required listening in school.
Knuckleheads love yall podcast not one bad interview at all keep bringing the fire 🔥
Not any I hope they get D rose on here but I don’t think he does interviews much
@@Cloneme12 it maybe coming they got the G.O.A.T Cynthia Cooper on the show anything is possible
@@Kingbossdon that’s true she really doesn’t do interviews
Became a little underrated as time passed, but still has the SAME hairstyle at almost 60, probably can still get buckets
I fell in love with Chris Mullin and the 85 Saint John's team. It was late 84 and I watched them beat Georgetown at Georgetown. He was wearing a TShirt under his uniform. I tried to copy him. I think I was actually faster than him. Lol
You NEVER lose the stroke, only the mobility. If he didn't have to play D, Mully could still go out there TODAY and shoot lights out!
Facts shooting is like a great jab in boxing if all else fails you will always have that
he did beat KD in a 3point shootout. LOL. KD wasnt taking him serious enough cause Mullin had the gut and he thought it would be easy.
Definitely the most underrated podcast, knuckle heads don’t miss 🔥
Warriors LEGEND!
Silky smooth jumper
GO WARRIORS!!!!
Chris Mullin IS from my current Brooklyn neighborhood Flatbush Brooklyn...Flatlands...💪🏾👍🏽
It's Mullin...no S.
@@XFactorz17 I guess i get a D in XFactorz english class
@@MediaCentralTV1 Only because he's my cuz and I've been dealing with those same misspellings my whole damn life. lol
@@XFactorz17 Notice i gave him And you the respect of correcting the misspelling 👍🏽💪🏾✌🏾🍺
chris mullin, i felt, was always underrated.
Mully did a small basketball camp at Salt Lake District park in Honolulu in the 90's. He didn't need to do that. He got love for the smaller communities. Much LOVE!
Big Respect to DMiles and Q for bring in the Legend my favorite player HOFer Chris Mullin. Keep The Legends Coming.
Yes, we wanna hear the legends speak.
Chris Mullin Brooklyn legend xavierian alumni 💯💯💯💯
The one person who disliked this interview probably didn't know that Larry Bird wasn't the only great white player in the NBA. Ha
One of the Big East’s 🐐’s MULLY!!!!!
The Pure Shooter of Original Dream Team. The leader of RUN TMC. Build the Dub Nation's culture. My man Chris Mullin!!
I didn't even watch it yet, but growing up in NY the same time as Mully.HS CLASS OF '81.Remember him coming up to the Bronx with EZ Ed Pinckney playing in City- Wide tournament.Mully played any and everywhere there was a good run.Its the game you bring, not the color of your skin.COULDN'T WAIT FOR THIS ONE.Gotta get in the car and listen to this. Thanks you knuckleheads.Lets get Rod Strickland, Mark Jackson, Kenny Smith, Rafer "Skip" Alston, Stephon Marbury, and Jamal " Mel- Mel The Abuser" Tinsley up there.
Chris Ring tone🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Biggie Biggie Biggie can't you see! This Dude is Chris Mully for a Dam reason. Real OG. Fade.
"Aite, I hav to put my wife on hold."
Chris Mullin is a true New York Basketball Legend! Awesome interview!
Mullin was one of the coldest and smoothest dudes to ever grab a basketball 🏀 NY in the building !
Man if yall don't hurry up give these brothers an EMMY....smh smh
C Mullin been cold
Knuckleheads with another banging Interview salute to the legend Chris Mullin I practiced my left hand jump shot to mimic his ,Coach Nellie was a head of his time that Run TMC movement was epic memories, Keep the legends coming Guys. Much love from Chicago (south side)
It's Mullin...with an i.
@@XFactorz17 👌🏽
I never knew how he sound ,he sound like Brooklyn 😅💯💪🏾
Chris could put in that work, salute to him. Plus his work in the A.A. community 🙏🏿
Mullin still didn't answer the question " who busted yo ass when you first got to the league " .
💯
Mullins was a bucket! This interview was incredible !
Another of NY’s finest
Chris Mullins got that Tommy Eagen from Power swagg.
Lol facts, Tommy was that guy just like Money Mullin 💯
Tommy's dad lol
1 of the best interviews so far. Mullin had alot of personal issues and was able to overcome.
Shoutout to Knuckleheads podcast! These interviews be dope. I love it how y’all keep it about ball and not drama
The show is doing amazing, the only criticism I have is that Q will go on tangents and rephrase the same thing often. Keep it up y'all 👍🏼
Yeah Q goes left a lot👎
Long drawn out questions sometimes him and D love the show tho
Ya when Q rephrases his questions 5+ times I’m like, “ok man, I think they get what you’re trying to say” 😭
@@Roy-ml5fn straight up... he be like "what do you think about red? Like that color opposite of blue? That color of the Bloods?...like, like, like...I remember wearing red and blue when I was on the clippers and................." 🤣
@@chrisisslick 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Shout out to the knockleheads for bringing another great guest, a nyc legend mully!!!!!!!
Chris Mullins so underrepresented bruh!! I remember watching RUN TMC in middle school they was awesome,he in the top 10 white players!!! For real
Glad I watched the whole thing and Q asked the question about Chris coming back home, but again Knicks fans know the Press made the rumor a thing for years. Chris was the man and those St. Johns vs Georgetown games were some of the best college games in history. The intensity even on TV was enough to give you a heart attack.
Vincent Brown...MUST SEE TV back then. The BIG EAST as a whole.Syracuse, Villanova, Boston College, Providence, Connecticut. It was arguably the best conference from about 82-85....3 teams in the final 4
@@missayawk totally agree !
Finally my dude! Chris Mullin! #17 ..Thank yah so much! Very underrated player!
Great old school interview. Thank you Q and D Miles for making a brother's workday go smoothly with your interviews.
This reminded me of growing up, hooping, in Toronto. When he talked about sports breaking down barriers, that hit so different; I mean, I got that 100%. Pretty cool pod guys. Keep it coming!
1:15:54 best part of the entire interview. Had me rolling 😂
Biggie on the ringtone legendary
It was perfect timing lol
KNUCKLEHEADS GETS THE BEST GUESTS ITS JUST A FACT
REALLY enjoyed this one. Mully is a real one and always has been.
Awesome to see Chris Mullin on the Knuckleheads. I'm loving seeing the legends kickin' it with Q-Rich and D-Miles. LOL when hearing his ringtone is Biggie's Hypnotize.
Love it! Mullin is fun. Keep up with the work! ;)
After quarantine y’all got all three on in person if ever possible. Man I want y’all to be the #1 Ball podcast cause y’all do it for Hoop.
Yo Yo Yo WE LIVE ON LOCATION everybody ✊🏾🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Haven't watched it yet but had to throw a like for this guest!
Same!
Me too.Gonna go on a nice drive up the Bronx River Pkwy and listen to this.
Growing up in the bay Run TMC was everything. I wanted to have handles like Tim Hardaway, play inside and out like Mitch Richmond, and shoot like Chris Mullin. Was mad when they traded Mitch Richmond. Loved watching Mully shoot the rock. Great interview
Run TMC had the bay rockin'. I went to many games back in the day. I also hated when Nelson traded Mitch.
Real interviews best podcast out here with respect (Sheed/Bonzi - Matt/Stack - JJ, Duncan Robinson, etc - respect to all) These dudes have me in tears often and their guests speak their truths. Top show
Mully is a REAL ONE!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 interview….
Riding with my favorite podcast out The Knuckleheads y’all got one salute Chris Mullen I’m tuned in OG
Legend....another great guest. The yung'uns hopefully catching these guests. Nice call out was Marculunas....The Other Dream Team is a great doc that Mullins called out.
Yal on it, I respect what you both are doing for the culture.
Unbelievable - much respect for this interview. Can’t wait to hear about Mullins’ days at St. John’s… thank you, Q and D!
Thanks for the videos yall are awesome
🔥🔥🔥 congrats fellas!! Keep up great work
Man thank y'all for this interview!
Mullin's answer Yup, Yup when D Miles said Laettner on the Dream Team was perfect
That lefty jumper was textbook. Awesome interview.
Fun fact: my mom went to St. John’s at the same time Chris mullin did.
One of the best episodes 🔥
You had to see the Big East back then to believe it.
The BEST conference from 82-85.3 teams in 1985 Final Four.
This was a 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 interview!!
I love y’all dudes keep em coming
Warriors Legend!
Bet Mullin tried to forget the first person to bust his ass for a reason. I have a big feeling World B Free did it first. Mullin actually had a great rookie season off the bench.
Love ya'll as always, but been waiting to hear Mully speak 🎤
Oh...y'all got Mullie! Knuckleheads is the best podcast for ballers !
Yall killing it bruh.
Legend! Rocked out at St. John's
Best podcast ever hands down!!!!!
Best podcast that represent nba legends
Work. Still waiting on Mike Finley
I can’t wait for you guys to get LeBron on here man. Absolutely love this podcast
Lol they not lol
If Tommy from power was an NBA player.....
🤣🤣🤣🤣👍🏾
Mullin was the original Christmas canceller 😂🤣
😂😂
So good, Mully the best
Chris a real dude.
You guys interviews are the best because you interview guys people don't bother interviewing or think of always
Mullin is like EJ man. He’s light skin. Definite got the pass and hosting the cookout
Number 1 podcast out now period
He been wanting to tell his story lol
This podcast definitely fire 🔥 that Era they played in was definitely was the truth
Why do people keep saying Chris was underrated. He was a lottery pick. A college superstar. A two-time Olympian. A 10 or 11 time Allstars. A first ballot hall of famer. He was a straight baller from day one. He is not underrated
Mullin a legend. Met him while at sju
I miss ya being sponsored by Hennessy miss tha KnuckleHeads privilege bottle can’t wait till ya back in person & start that backup 💯💯💯
Left Hand Killer. Chris was a problem. Much Love to the Knuckle Heads. Keep Doing Y'all Thing!💪🏿🙌🏿
Great interview.
Salute to Q for philosophical spin off from 42.15:) nice insights, big up
It is crazy how many OGs fuck with these guys. You can tell D miles and Q are real ones.
My main man Mullin!!!!
Another dope show 🔥 🔥 waiting to see Latrell Sprewell and Eddie Jones some of the few that I can’t wait
Ohhhhh Eddie Jones was cold 💯
@@rawc44 Eddie Jones was super cold I’d like to see him on the show
Eddie Jones was so slept on. Terrell Brandon was a problem too.
This episode was like therapy for Q lowkey lol
Baller ! Grew up to Mullin 🤙🏽
Great interview
Love this Podcast
