I would say his secret is that he is an architect. All architects make models, card are just another building medium. Plus he has all the physics, mathematics and design elements of architecture at his disposal.

OMG! A new Guinness World Records 2021 book cover has people having records to break and being recognized? That's extremely amazing! And it makes me want to dream extremely big because I'm thinking I can get empty soda cans, stack and glue them together as high and large as a house or a cinema building, spray them with titanium white spray-paint and paint them with lots of colorful acrylic paints to make them into ginormous paintings! Right?
