- Roblox is a massively popular online platform that allows users to create and play games, as well as interact with each other. It is targeted toward children and teenagers but has a wide appeal among players of all ages.
The platform boasts millions of monthly active users, making it one of the most popular gaming platforms in the world. But as children jump online and mix with people online, parents are rightfully concerned about this massive platform.
As a parent, I wanted to see what Roblox was all about and offer my thoughts. Both my daughters play on Roblox and at present, I'm fine with that.

Thanks for this video. It was really helpful. My 5 year old recently got into Roblox so this guide gave great insite about what to expect and be cautious about in the game.

Yeah, it's crazy (but good) how the kids don't really care about the graphics
Fist off, You can not get robux from gameplay, only buying it. But if there re contests or things like that you can earn robux. Second of all Bloxburg makes you manage your home, and simulate real life, jobs, bills, etc.
We need some Brussels-effect here: proposal for a new law for gaming:
1) all items are in the local currency (here Euro)
2) all items can be bought by itself directly, so if something is 0,35€, you can pay that with your bank app or Paypal
3) credit can be refunded to the bank account at all times with all amounts.
I have the idea that many Roblox games borrow heavily from online-gambling mechanics and are a (sponsored?) prepartion for the kids to go into real online gambling as soon as they are 18.
Only problem wrong with it is adding cards . I added one for my son and it just took the card and it said he got 800 Roblox and he didn’t get it.

My kids all join a group call and they role play within the Roblox games. Sometimes they are a family, sometimes adventurers, it a great way to play over great distances.
