Back in 2018 you could maybe find these by accident if you didn't know what you were doing, I think there were some rare times when a Hacker made bots to put a 18+ game on the front page, and just searching words like "dirty" would give you a whole catalog of these. But now, yeah, there's no way to find them by accident.
Still, con games are made everyday some private some public, they lure kids into playing these y'know. (also games get taken down at like 20 mins, not in 1 min.

Well, the news obviously wants to glorify and exaggerate as much of the details as possible to get views. While it IS possible to stumble across these games through your friend's playing list, those occasions are rare unless you have someone in your friend list rapidly playing those games. Also, she SPECIFICALLY said that she found this game through a third-party source, which is most likely Discord and many of those servers have steps you need to partake in to get there, which includes verifying your age to be 18. So, duh, she purposely found it. And the news just wants views.

Ok let me compile all the stuff that Roblox does to keep these experiences deleted:
First, The Roblox moderation team is usually swift but not instant on deleting these condo experiences or scam experiences, while the scam games are still there, only impressionable children fall for them.
Second, The scams for robux scams are usually on CZcams on huge CZcamsrs comment sections like flamingo, konekokitten, jayingee, and many other more, furthermore that's why they usually operate there due to the fact Roblox can't monitor CZcams.
Third, the 17 year old girl probably searched the experience due to the fact these games don't usually pop out on the discover menu on Roblox, these condo games are only usually found by looking on discord, joining a friend and using keywords that condos specifically have.
And that's it, if you wanna add more tell me, and if I messed up a word please tell me.

I know for a fact you can’t “stumble upon one.” It is very VERY rare to find them unless you look one up or discords servers make them or find one for people. The games are also taken down quickly once it’s reported.

How does a kid stumble upon a condo game
You actually need to join these games and you can't "accidentally" enter these games. And also these games is like entering the dark web, you need to go to a specific link created by the creator of the game which is sometimes shared on discord or CZcams (yes I've seen videos on CZcams showing latest unbanned condo games and the join link) These games are REALLY hard to join since it doesn't appear on the games page.
Well, we monitor our child when she plays. We actually play with her too. She isn't allowed to go into new games without asking me first. What is Roblox going to do with all the nasty people on there saying awful things to people. People say horrible things on there to others. It's crazy, you go on Adopt Me, super popular game, and they can say all kinds of bad words and it won't hashtag them out but it'll hashtag ridiculous things that don't even make sense. And I never knew about any chat function, can I really shut that off? Oh, I found it, I never knew that.

OK I must say this is a unfortunate thing in roblox but it is not common you have to physically go out of your way to search these up it is not something that is shown constantly in the front page of roblox. These types of games get deleted as fast as they discovered. We players on roblox do not generally support these type of content being posted on the game but it is mostly older children (mostly 14+ people) post this type of content and as the little boy said the moderation is garbage they are not the best at doing there job but they are doing there utmost best. "Disable the chat feature" I think doing that is a bit rash and predators telling children to change their settings that is a VERY RARE and I mean VERY rare in roblox the same children who play roblox are smarter than you think so you thoughts on what to do about roblox and prevent predators or inappropriate content is a bit unpractical.

Thanks for KonekoKitten for showing us this. No one is going to stumble upon this. You have to deliberately get involved through one of these communities by either going very deep on the side, or looking at outside sources. I'm sure there were good intentions with this video here, but a very small community shouldn't be an outlier in calling a game platform, "not kid friendly".

It is true that there are games with sexual elements but not most of them games of course have an element of violence, who would play a game of being a princess or taking care of dolls?
I mean she isn't wrong in the area about kids not being safe on "Roblox", but it's really just the internet in general. Like just push the message that you should monitor your kids and make sure their safe on the internet. You shouldn't just point at Roblox. That's not to say Roblox isn't safe. If a kid plays Roblox 24/7 without being monitored, that's a big mistake. My younger cousin, a 10 yr old girl at the time, ran into a user on here that was 18 and things didn't pan out so well. I've tested the waters and faked being a kid too, and I've seen it a few times. What people should learn from this is to not avoid Roblox but to monitor what their kids do on the internet in general.
