IF IT'S BEEN ABANDONED FOR 2 DECADES, WHY HASN'T ANYONE MADE THIS THEIR SQUAT SPOT,
I WOULD HAVE?!
GREAT FIND BTW.
đŻđđŒ
Thank you for your comment and for watching the video! The mansion hasn't become a squat spot due to its location in a highly secured Bel-Air neighborhood, where private security and vigilant neighbors deter trespassers. Im glad you enjoyed the video and appreciate your kind words!

THANK YOU AS WELL. đđŒ
It's incredible how that place is in good shape, maybe someone is overlooking it?
Thank you for your comment! It's indeed surprising how well-preserved the mansion is. While it hasn't been lived in for over two decades, there might still be occasional maintenance done by realtors. to prevent complete deterioration.
Another Great Video! Very nice estate with an Interesting PastâŠdonât think I would be visiting. Bel Air is very nice and historical within a great part of Cali. The marble floors are amazing, hopefully if the new owners demo the property the marble will be repurposed. Thank you so much for sharing your Explorations with us. Great Job!! â€
That place is not 'abandoned' - it would be totally overgrown and dilapidated, It doesn't take long for nature to reclaim an unused place if no one is looking after it, so someone IS keeping an eye on it ( who's paying?? ). So sad when you think of how many homeless folk there are in California...............
Arthur Freed bought the estate in the 1960s; he didn't build it.
A very nice video on your part. If I had the money, I'd restore it and modernize it, or completely rebuild it it the same style.
Interesting place.
Really nice video, thanks for sharing.
With some TLC this place could go back to its glory days!
Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. With some TLC, this mansion could certainly be restored to its former glory, preserving its unique charm and history. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel!
Our government should reclaim this property fix it back up sell it and give the money to the victim's families of 911.... this is just a shame...It could sell for millions...
Nice touch to have the koi ponds indoors. 18:50 that area appears to be a wet bar where drinks/adult beverages were made. Glass shelves were for bar glasses. I didnât see a toilet or bidet, or shower. IMO
Thanks for that. I kinda know the area and remember going to the Bel Air Hotel for brunch. This part of Bel Air is very secluded and private which I'm sure is why the Bin Laden's lived here. No squatters because it's secluded none of them knew about it. Maybe someone with an appreciation for old 30's homes will save it and probably sell the remaining land to build a modern house. Much like what is happening to the Playboy Mansion.
Really like itđ
Beautifulâ€
That is not a piano but a pump organ, popular in the Victorian era
It's a shame such a lovely home is abandoned.
Love the Staircaseâ€
20:06 that is definitely old phone
WHY are you WHISPERING ??? đ No one is around....
It looks like some maintenance is being done
I wonder if someone had a tip that something was hidden in the walls of that upstairs bathroom?âŠ
the area right off the dining room is called a Butler's Pantry.
Thank you for letting me know!
Oh how sad !!!
Iâd love †this house Iâd change the car garage to stables â€
If I had the financial means to buy and maintain this âŠ. The history would NOT deter me from purchasing it âŠ.. I would have preferred the ORIGINAL bathrooms be kept if they had been similar to green one which I believe probably were , they used much better tile work in those days âŠ. But i more than likely would change the exterior color ( perhaps to baby blue ) even though on the stairs going to the car port that pink looked to be the right choice
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It's wonderful to hear your appreciation for the mansion's original craftsmanship. The idea of preserving the historic bathrooms and choosing a fresh exterior color like baby blue sounds like a beautiful vision. Your perspective on the home's potential is truly inspiring.
I like those floors.
Back in the day when back in the day it was a time where back in the day before nature overtook everything
And what not

thanks brotha đ
That was a old phone on the wall!â€
I thought it might have been! It was certainly a blast from the past
Why has it not been sold to pay the victims?
Set it up for the homeless
They'll trash it.
Sup from Kentuckyâ€
I take it for 50k but they say NOđ€·ââïžđ€Ł
Where are they
That place with sink and mirrors and wine places is a wetbar but not a bathroom. Who says this used to be bin ladens house? Where did you get that information from? If you post those kind of videos be sure to be accurate with your information. đ
@@moyersoon001 a simple Google search can verify the information and facts I have used.
Maybe back in the day, people continuously used and overused that expression.
Arthur Freed died in 1973.
How could he have sold the house in 1983?
IF. THIS. PLACE / HOUSE / MANSION. DID BELONG. TO BIN. WHY DID THE. GOVERMENT NOT. TAKE. IT ?
Because itâs glued to the ground
While no US citizens could fly on 9/12 government flew Bin Laden's out of the country.
Bin Laden would not have alcohol, beer bottles, even ornate objects would be forbidden. Alcohol is strictly forbidden in Islam.
No one wants to give that family their money. Who can blame them. Pretty house though.
"Back in the day". that is an intercom on the wall in the hallway. So that people could speak to others throughout the house. Yes, there was once upon a time when people did not have an iPhone or something. Imagine that! The house is a loss. It will be torn down, the lost scraped and a modern white box will take its place. Looks to be picky cyprus on the walls in the den. I might be wrong on that. The UGLY marble floors were added much later. Perhaps a Spanish clay tile or wood floors originally. The mirrored ceiling - awful. Signs of "Middle Eastern" owners who have garish taste. The value is in the land only. The building has zero worth especially with the Bin Laden name attached to it.
Old cows
Maybe there were squatters and bin Laden âdisappearedâ them. SA handles crime (or perceived) differently than US.

Less talking would help you a lot! Because your from the generation that has been dumbed down ! At least research what stuff is !
Have you ever heard of this? If you don't have anything nice to say about a person's channel and their videos then to pass on by? Troll much?
â@@Chan71222it's my opinion I'm allowed to have one !
Old washed up boomer sad, but many such cases
@@judyjsmail Thank you for the feedback. I am always open to tips on making my videos better!
Your an old biddy. Go watch all my children.
All that property and tiny little windows to view it. Horrible design, bulldoze it.
I'd give you 1k for the house and land
Nice and clean đ§Œ đ§œđ§Œ
