Another incredible Mansion left with absolutely loads of Expensive Designer Clothes and other valuable Items.! Abandoned items are up for grabs when so much is left behind without a care.. It’s obvious all usable items should be salvaged..
You can hear the excitement in his voice about all the expensive stuff left there, guarantee they took what they wanted and tried to justify it by saying how rich the people were.
Never, never, ever open the old refrigerators or freezers! Lol. The smell is always horrendous😜
Yessss😂😂😂

You have ...... NO COMMON SENSE !! TO DO THAT 😆😁😂
This makes me so sad to see, this was our Wedding reception venue!! 😔 It used to be a pub and hotel called The Rose & Crown, hence all the rooms. We got married in 2011 and I think it survived a couple of years after, but then went under and as far as I know a family bought it and lived there. After that I have no idea and it’s so upsetting to see it’s gone to ruin like that 😢
Watch the vacant haven someone has been and smashed everything , how sad 😔
So sad
Where is this located if you don't mind me asking
Where’s it located why so you can go take everything

I hope the previous owner finds peace in their new home
Very odd that this is abandoned, did a quick bit of research and found the name of the owner pretty quickly - looks like he sadly passed away late 2016. Whats strange is there’s a charity set up to build water wells in foreign countries in his name yet there’s clearly a huge valuable asset left here rotting?! Very odd!
What’s the name of the owner? Any more information? It’s really interesting. I can’t find anything on the internet.
@@JudeJaradat Arafat Akhtar
@@kiangarside6248 Thank you so much , I read about him , so sad he died at only 35 years old.
@@JudeJaradatit is sad, he has a very suspicious story though, setting up a charity for water wells across Africa on Facebook yet having a ridiculous personal wealth with no record of actually performing any charity 🤔
@@kiangarside6248 maybe he was involved in criminal acitivities of some sort , but disguised it by setting up charities. Also the cameras around the house , indicate he had fears surrounding him , also the family left in such a hurry leaving everything behind that’s worth a fortune. Also it’s odd that a widow would leave her husbands clothes behind , because that’s like her only memory of him. Something fishy happened here.
I believe someone vandalized that beautiful house long long time ago, it’s not way the owner did that, they only took what they need in hurry but didn’t do that mess, and maybe a lot of things have been stolen too
Karma will get them!!
Thanks for showing us. A sprawling place.
Makes sense that it was a former hotel and pub, before a home. So THATS why the upper level has black metal fire escape stairs 😂
Clearly been vandalised, not just because of broken kitchen door but because anything of real value is gone.
I must say that's a beautiful kitchen & stove. I love the tiles too.
That place could be beautifully renovated, made into several apartments.
With all the land they could have lovely gardens too.
If I was rich, I'd buy up places like this & fix them up. I'd also give them to house veterans, or homeless people. As long as they were clean of drugs & alcohol.
My big dream would be to have an awesome dog rescue/ sanctuary, where dogs could roam outside with grass & plants. An onsite vet, hospital, & no dog cages!
I share your dream !
I share your dream too.
The question is who is still paying the electricity bills???? Why there still water and electricity????
The owner spent 100,000's on the renovation work. It was originally an abandoned hotel. The place has a bad vibe and has supernatural beings about. I can confirm from personal experience. There is a dog sanctuary/rescue center a couple of mins walk from there.
@@idnanali4668 please share your experience with the supernatural beings there.
@22:05 "Look at these empty Gucci boxs" walks by a door taped together not a single word said lol ya'll are something else
Ha ha..I noticed that too and was surprised they didn't even mention it
Literally at that part now as I saw this comment. I was like 👀 😂
Not everyone who goes to see this ruined house will be honest. Someone must have stolen something, that's why the boxes of such expensive items are so open and scattered.💯
@@Raza_views.... how is it stealing if it was left there on the floor for years 🙄🤔
@@wildwaymonee8o8 The point is that the owner of this house would not have thrown away the boxes of such expensive items. Why would he throw away expensive things like that? Of course, it was later done by one of those who saw this house. Expensive things have been stolen and empty boxes have been thrown on the floor …….
THIS IS EXTREMELY HARD FOR ME TO WATCH WITHOUT ARRANGING A VAN AND LOOTING THE PLACE
Lmao. A few vans
I got a van.. I just want a sofa or four
The owners may have suddenly died and the rest of the family abandoned the house..Its not uncommon but still very sad..
Me too
COUPLE OF GRAND THERE EASY , MAYBE LOOT ALL THE RADIATORS AND COPPER WIRING MAKE AN EXTRA GRAND
Hi everyone, I watched the video and was really interested in finding out what actually happened and going through the stuff people wrote in the comments section is just completely wrong. The previous owner of this house bought a pub and converted it into a big house for his family but unfortunately died a few years later moving in. He was a young businessman with multiple businesses. It's very sad that the family lost their son, brother, husband and father...I wish the family all the best in life and hopefully their live is better now after this tragedy. For those who actually broke in the house and stole their belongings I hope you guys rot in hell.
Free game . Abandoned for a reason I always come up at places.
They left in a hurry. I wonder why.....
Hi there I just want to respond to your what you were saying are you absolutely right it's unacceptable but humans are humans the thing is it's temptation if someone goes into a property that's all be honest here and was to come across a suitcase for the money how many people can honestly say they would not touch that's ok some money most people because which I will take it because there are coming as well you don't belong to no one even though it's morally wrong that's how people are
How come it was just left though,it's very sad too
I doubt that's all there is to the story though. Not saying you're wrong, but the tragic death of one family member (Even the head of the household) doesn't explain why they'd leave so much behind and never come back for it.....
I really appreciate the explore, very interesting to say the least? This is late 2023 and I can guarantee the place has been raided and anything of value gone? Which is ashamed? Glad you guys looked and left. Stay safe.
I mean don't you rather have people take it. instead of just letting it rot .they obviously don't want it that's why it was left behind.
This entire home has left me baffled. Hopefully, the family that rushed out of the home is safe 😳😳😳😳😳
I can confirm that they are safe.....they are my relatives. The owner passed away 6 years ago.
@@idnanali4668 The question is who is still paying the electricity bills???? Why there still water and electricity????
@@idnanali4668 what happend why they left their home in a hurry
@user-hb9ve1rt6q it's private matter that I can't go into but the family are fine.
@@idnanali4668 when did they leave this house?
i'm surprised it wasn't noted the broken door jams as they walked into a few of the bedrooms (see 21:20+) clearly visible in the video. that would indicate a barricaded situation. i'm glad the description explained they were evicted. can't imagine it was pretty-- the way everything was left.
Unfortunately in places like where things get left behind if the place remains abandoned for a long time stuff just stays and if nobody claims it is basically free property unless they end up tearing the building down and they throw everything out.
They were evicted, all that shopping, no surprise.
Absolutely amazing the abandon house
Even if they were in a hurry to leave, the place is completely ransacked. Who would leave the place like that unless other people came after and messed everything up.
It’s probably a vacation home and people think it’s abandoned, I’ve known folks who have houses for years and only go every 3-4 years .. that’s why the water works
The house is big and beautiful. There are also a lot of stuffs.
The thing that comes into my mind is…why did they leave the house with lots of important and branded things just like that.
So sad.
Some Kate robbery come inside home
The place has been broken into, the smashed window was the giveaway and I think the rooms were filled with too many empty boxes, they must have had their contents taken. The other theory is that someone was looking for something in particular. The size of that safe and the amount of cameras would suggest the family was involved in something or fairly high profile.
Can’t they go back and see who’s name was on that card and just google them 😂
Heya guys... i think its its just a sad situation all round and everyonr looses everything,,, you guys are brilliant in that you dont break in you touch nothing and your sooo ssooo respectful to... thank you..... alsso i saw this house on another explorer videl... vacant heaven .... and the house was.... in such a mess... it had bin well and truely trashed.... they had even cut water pipes.... but thank you to you colin and team for showing us around :):).... thank you sooo soo much :);)
The house is real nice. ooh it quite place and nice for fresh air .
That kitchen though 😮😍
Had many good times there when it was a pub. The Rose and Crown.
What location is this please
REG was BMW 528 it was on the road till 2021 , but now not showing any insurance,,,,,,,,,great video
This used to be a pub with rooms in Buckinghamshire. It closed in 2013 when it was converted to a private residence.
I live very close by so I know the location.
I would not want this a private residence as it has a busy main road at the front and the train line at the back of the house (even though the garden is large).
The original buyers who converted the pub into a family home wanted 13 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and 4 living rooms in total. From what I can recall, it was for a multi-generational Asian family.
Ok! That actually makes sense because that is a strange layout for a house! I like it! But the layout makes no sense to me.
So not Gucci?
If we interested in this building how do we go about enquiring?
@@Mrs.VonChin High end purchases in many cultures indicate status of the person or family. In many oriental societies this is so.

this story always happened in England . most specially to those small family and wealrhy people. .nobody will inherit to thier property most soecially member of their family already died.
I used to go there and also stayed there when it was The Rose & Crown. It was a pub,, a resteraunt and the rooms out the back were hotel rooms. It was sold and converted into a private home.
Where is this?
Where is this?
I googled it and it said it use to be a FUNERAL HOME before was turned into a Pub. Supposedly hunted. Teenager was stubbed outside the bar ( according to google research ). Kurdish family was working to convert it to 14 bedroom house but violated the city code and the road was closed for 2 months due to structural violations. Many ghosts hunted the house especially a ghost of a little boy who died there. Google the bar’s name mentioned by many in this post.
To me it looks like people that were dealing in stolen merchandise!
This used to be a pub and a hotel before it was converted to a house. I normally watch all your videos but I have missed a few over the last 6 months or so. There are a lot of places to urbex appearing around this location and surrounding areas that not many people know about I’m hoping to go to some of them in the upcoming months. Keep up the good work 😊

The cologne that was in question was Azzaro. When bought new lol, it’s nice!!
Qué habrá pasado para que dejen así la mansión?? Un abrazo enorme desde ARGENTINA 👏👏
1 day later they came back with a moving truck And cleaned it out!
You might be right, they come back and get the valuables. There is a cameraman for overall filming the video. THEN THE GUY WITH A CAMERA IN HIS HAND FOLLOWS THE HOST. HE ONLY TAKES PHOTOS OF THINGS THAT ARE IN VALUE ONLY. HE DOESN'T USE HIS CAMERA UNLESS THERE IS VALUABLE.
Goodness gracious. All the expensive things left behind then did I spot something from The Wiggles ? Cheers. Great video, new subscriber from Philly
Waow.. this is amazing..👍
Okay so did the family have to run out of the country in the middle of the night? Cause something about leaving this all behind isn’t adding up at all.

One thing was sure. An arab family was once owned that house. I think it not abandoned maybe its the situation (Pandemic) that made them left the house temporarily.
Excellent job I really enjoyed it keep up the great work
I absolutely love your videos, make plenty more, but that house / mansion was definitely strange to say the least
Looks to me the house was broken into . That's why its a mess with so many empty boxes . I'm sure there is a story behind it .
we need legal obligations; after five years it's to be remanded by the city it resides in and used after attempts have been made to contact owners who should be legally bound to keep up repairs or forfeit it to city ownership
If the taxes are paid property owners can do anything within the law. Property rights are the bedrock of a free society. eir
Once you start eroding that with laws about duration of use, or inhabitance, is when you get politicians and lawyers figuring out wait to screw everyone out of their property.
That would be a very slippery slope
Could be Indian or Arab Muslim.
The huge floor space is for those persian carpets. And floor cushions. Couches are for the older people.
The necklace was a tasbih.
In one bedroom there was a wall hanging of a Qur'anic verse.
And the Allah&Muhammad wall hangings too.
Plus the dresses and jewelry. That's definitely Arab jewelry.
I think what happened is that the father/male head of the family passed away/ was imprisoned abruptly.
The rest of the family maybe had to move back to their home country. Maybe it was before Covid.
And with Covid delays they were either unable to return by themselves or abandoned their old life altogether.
Highly likely that they were either hiding from their government or they got into trouble with some govt somewhere over illegal activities.
Most likely oil cartels.
They were evicted
Seems they may have had a problem with over spending and cocaine. Couldn't keep up with the lifestyle they chose.
All I know is I would save a few of those dresses from being thrown in the trash... if and when a new buyer would come to buy the property everything that is in that house would get thrown out
Also most of the jewelry that they're pulling out of the drawer is more than likely costume it's not real...
And those boots he ended up with lifting up were size 9
Buddy said IF its There lol
I'm with you 💯!
It looked to me exactly like an old pub/inn that used to take in travellers and has been completely done up unsympathetically losing every ounce of character 😔 I see from other commentors that it was a pub. I was flummoxed by the state of the interior and actually wondered if it had one of those gangs recently in that specialise in theft of high end clothing etc. Turns out that the family were just filthy rich, oh well 😮 Curious explore 😊
What a beautiful mansion 🤩
I've been working at a body shop for a bit now and extra tips I learned was if you're painting the door, it's better to take off the mirror and belt molding (the trim at the bottom of the window) for a better paint job in the end. The mirror can get in the way, and if you're unlucky, the clear coat could stick in that gap between the door and the belt molding.
What the fuck has that got to do with this you freak of nature 😂😅
And don't forget to mix your paint before putting it in the spray gun.
I tip my hat to you guys.
If your words are true and ya'll take nothing from these place. If your only intention are to document and share with other's the rare and awesome finds.
You have my attention and support. I only wish I had the opportunity to do it myself.
From the outside it does look like a pub, but a home inside? Weird!
It doesn’t do much for me, but it’s great to look around and see how people leave things behind.
I wish we could understand where they went.
Thank you, this was a brilliant explore.
The occupants of that house were arab people bec of their stuffs in there..those arabic dresses and arabic writings are the proofs
He went to Heaven..RIP Sir...xxx
I really want to know what happened with that family. Please investigate more of that
I think she's see CCTV cameras to watch
They were evicted from their house, their car was a black Vauxhall. Judging by their clothes and jewellery, they are probably Middle Eastern or South Asian. It is fascinating
What name was on the bank card bro that’s valid info lol
thanks guys, it was exciting 🙏😎👍
It's mad that these houses get repossessed and left for so long, as proved by all the out of date items and the state of the building, and just left and abandoned
I would have loaded up on clothes and shoes...the psp games heck the stove too before everything rots away !
They are really dumb because they got all them camera's Don't know if they working are not but I know they probably stole something outta there why go in there not to just site 👀 they are trust passing my opinion 🤷
Wow. Someone was getting the hell out of there....I would say Someone was scared ..so much left behind.
Firstly @beardedexplorer thanks for your uploads, me and the Mrs enjoy watching and having a spread bet on how many times you say 'oh my god' 😁
Secondly onto this house and what I know.. I used to swing into this place often on the way to or from watching Wycombe Wanderers and it was a pub called the Rose and Crown (and later on as The Chiltern) until it closed in 2014. It was bought by a local businessman who got planning permission to redesign into a 14 bed house!
The individual who purchased the property unfortunately passed away aged just 35 in 2016. He was known in the local community around High Wycombe.
Overall, a very sad watch tbh as many good times had in the RAC and ultimately it has been, understandably, abandoned following a family tragedy 😢

I have a feeling the occupants of this house may have left as due to criminal activity and a tip off. ordinary people would not need do many cameras and guard dogs in the UK
It almost looks like downstairs, that there have been squatters living or staying there with electricity and water on. The way the couches are pulled up to the tv and things seemed to have been moved and used recently…Why not ? what a perfect place to hide out if you have no moral code and are homeless. Aren’t there alarms??? Also, it’s obvious there have been people riffling through and robbing the place and throwing things about and breaking things. How sad I’m so sorry for the family and their loss.
It looked like costume jewelry
Left in a hurry for sure. Someone is still paying for utilities. Possible kidnapping? So many possibilities going on here🤔
They were evicted
So sad especially in a country with so many homeless people living in terrible conditions
Very sad 😢 everything is expensive clother and shoes 👠 wastes it !!!
I always wonder. Maybe they are in prison, gone missing or possibly dead, and the other party could not keep up with the maintenance. But it would too be strange to walk away without having a sale, leaving all these expensive personal and valuable things to just go to waste if they are not dead or in prison for some years.
That's those folks home and the thugs broke in and stole what they wanted and trashed the place. That place needs to be locked down.
The kitchen 🥰😘
Wanted by azaro... one of my favorite colognes.
Wow. This was an awesome place.
There is nothing confusing here to me. It has all of the signs of a foreclosure. Confirmed if you read the video description. IMO there are 3 types of people when it comes to foreclosures: One waits until the last minute, and when the timer runs out they only can grab a small portion of their things, end up missing things they would have liked to take, and things get tossed around in the mad dash. The bank gets the house in this video. The second is well prepared for the inevitable and will have everything out; everything that is not nailed down. This guy takes the light bulbs and batteries in the smoke detectors. The bank gets an empty shell. The third is really angry and takes what they want or can, and then does as much damage as possible. Bathrooms are flooded, toilets clogged, and walls are destroyed. The bank gets ownership of an unlivable money pit.
Based on the lemon juice expiring in 2020, I am guessing they left in 2019 or possibly even the later part of 2018. I can't speak to the place where this is located, but here in the states evictions and foreclosures really were not a thing during "the Vid". Long before "the Vid" our Pizza Huts were closing left and right. Maybe their investments were going south as well? Clearly they had money at some point, or at least good enough credit to finance quite a shopping habit.
I have seen houses foreclosed on sit empty for years before the bank finally gets around to dealing with it. An acquaintance of mine (type 2) was out a few days before the bank was to take possession. He kept an eye on the vacated house and it was nearly two years before the bank did anything with it. One near my house sat for over three. By the time the bank got to it all of the plumbing was destroyed when things froze in the winter. Prior to that it had been in fairly good condition.
It is just sad that this process takes so long that more damage is done just because of simple neglect. We all know that it was not raining in the living room when these people lived there, and that kind of damaged did not happen overnight.
Thank you for enlighting us on how this could happen it makes sence
I am pretty sure you're right!
Don't they put special locks on re doors ok f a foreclosed house?
Great theory but you are incorrect. The owner was my relative and he passed away 6 years ago which resulted in personal family issues that I can't discuss. Everything was fine until the owner passed away. Nothing to do with foreclosure but for legal matters I cannot disclose exactly what happened as it's an ongoing issue.

Some of the stuff (the rotted lemon juice) had expiration dates as recent as 2020. The lad speculated that they owned a few Pizza Hut locations. Well, this would all coincide with the Covid rise that abruptly shut down businesses worldwide and forced a lot of families into financial despair. Especially ones that had lived extravagant lifestyles before the economy shut down. Could explain their abrupt departure while leaving so much behind. Very well could have fled the country to avoid failed financial responsibilities in the UK.
