One of the best Stallone interviews!
Truly agree with that!
There isn't a single interview host that I can think of that can make his guests feel more at ease than Tom Power. Great conversation as always Tom! 👍
Howard Stern is the greatest
Stallone comes across as very perceptive and honest.
He seems to have been true to
himself and attained considerable
wisdom.
His authenticity is refreshing.
Congrats on a life well lived!
This is 1 of the Absolute Best interviews of anybody Ever. The depth of emotion not only portrayed in the shows and movies but also the clear respect for hard real life topics. And it isn't just a bunch of fancy words, it's an actual down right honest and humble conversation. They also elaborate on what exactly they mean in their answers. Very Very Well done
I hope there are several seasons of Tulsa King. I am not one to watch episodic TV, but Stallone is so captivating in this series that I thirst for more every week.
Sly is a very underappreciated national treasure (and despite the commercial success of his movie and creative career). He is insightful, intelligent, very relatable and candid with his emotions and thought process, and no one works harder on any project. The themes of his movies, his personality, life philosophy and work ethic have helped motivate and sustain me at very difficult times in my life. This man is irreplaceable.
I love Canadian interviews because Powers let the Guest talk without interrupting him . Powers asked about Stallone's art and that's all and we see Mr Stallone is enjoying the interview.
I've seen many interviews with Stallone recently and this surpassed them all by miles. I'm not even a huge Stallone fan but the way this interviewer got him to open up about so much more than the normal Entertainment Tonight interview was brilliant. Great job, Tom Power!
I never laughed so hard watching the first episode. It had me from the get go and I can't think of any show doing that in a very long time. I can't wait for the rest of series.
Peacemaker for me
Best actor I have ever seen and I am 79 years old
Incredible interview
I cried
Great host how he went deeper and Sly
Gosh I love this actor even more NOW with this additional back story and those aspects he stands for in those characters n his films
Touched my heart
I’ve always admired how smart and determined Sly is and remains so to his craft.
He really got Sly to relax & enjoy sharing!
Great life lessons from a wonderful wise man.
We love you soooo much Sly❤️
Quite a comment by Sly at the end there. “You’re very good.” And Tom Power has become just that - an excellent interviewer and host of Q. But he’s been that for a few years now. CBC must count their blessing, having had him to step up to the plate as a host of Q.
My husband and I loved the show. Good stuff 💁🏽♀️ We are true Stallone fans. Thanks for being true to yourself. We benefit by you life experiences!
This interviewer did a great job!
STALLONE NEVER DISAPPOINTS! LOVE TULSA KING BUT PUT IT BACK ON BEFORE NOVEMBER- PLEEEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
What a great interview and connection between Sly and Tom P. Like to see Tom interview more actors!
Rocky went the distance is just what he wanted so in reality HE DID WIN!!!!

Wow that was a great interview.
HOLY CRAP THIS IS AN AMAZING INTERVIEW
That was one awesome interview. Job well done!!!
I wish it was on Paramount Network
WOW...what a great interview !!!
Great interview !!
Wow great job with this interview, felt more like a conversation instead of an interview
Great interview er
Superb interview. Well done
Stallone's physique at his age is still stunning.
Great show, I watched all 9 episodes so far and I don't watch tv normally aside of 90's comedies that were the best of course like 90's country music. Just right amount of rock and country. 90''s tv shows also just right mix of what ever at the time but those were good times. I was a young adult in 80's and 90's. Great times and so much better than today. I feel bad for the youth today. Things are just different and not in a good way.
Brilliant thanks
Tom great job with this one day u will interview me remember my name.
Beautiful.
Whatever you do you are the best
We love you God-bless you
Yes
He needs to write his life story. How he got started in so inspiring.
Me love Tulsa King
Mr. Sly is Relatable.
Rocky rocks
There really is no better actor, person and mind better than Mr. STALLONE. My favorite actor or inspiration of all time. 76 years young and he is bigger than he was in Rambo/ Rocky this guy is unstable
Legend
He was in a couple of episodes in TV-show called Las Vegas
sly ?
This guy not looks aging and one of the best action hero till date
my hero :))
Great true story-book title,"Cowboy Mafia "🌿
Brilliant tulsa King
Finally Stallone getting his dues as a ACTOR. Hes the MAN!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The host framing his own face with his hand is just too precious. Schmuck.
But love Stallone
I loved Rambo the series and the fourth was the most realistic to me.
I can't tell if Tom is actually in the same room or not. I would think not based on the split screen but then one of the last things you see is the back of his head as he shakes Sly's hand. Tom, were you there? Why the secrecy? I must know!!!!! (Well, "must" is a strong word but it'd be nice lol)
1:58
ngl the entire time i was just thinking how the dudes teeth are yellower than corn kernels
Enjoyed, Thanks. You get your money's worth from Stallone.
tom sounds very irish
6:06 [Looking totally enthralled] Tom is the only guy I know that can fall asleep with his eyes wide open.
Why does Facebook I got shark all over it
Sylvester Stallone is Claire gonna come to this parking lot right here right now and come pick me up
Yeah let Austin keep showing her what she hates me know Adam Put Me In Jail again
Sly unfortunately suffers from Rocky-ism and most directors we’re concerned his larger than life persona would have stolen the show. A distraction from the storyline. I get it.
When he talks of action guys that have no heart and never get hurt......... Steven Seagal? That's why his films are the worst. Even the early ones, you can't relate, he's just unlikable, you don't care of he lives or dies. That was the whole thing behind the success of Die Hard and the emergence of Willis as a action star., He was likable, and boy did he get hurt. These are always the best heroes.I mean sure, i do enjoy what a call an "unstoppable force" movie once in a while. John Wick. Neeson in Taken. Guys that just dominate through the film, but the best action films are always those when the hero can get hurt and also if he doubts himself. Even Rambo, we tend to see him as an unstoppable force, and yes but he does get hurt, tortured, etc. He's never presented as a guy that can't get hurt.
The young kid doesn't know what he's talking about! For your information young man the very first Rocky was not in movie theaters! It was on ABC television regular TV! With Sylvester Stallone waking up in the morning when he starts his training waking up in the morning starting his training you can hear Don cannon on the radio from PA. Get it right young man!
The major importance of NOT selling out...( 😏 hint to far left )
Gee that voice, you know he's a man man not some soy boy
Did that nothing of an interviewer actually say your pretty good yourself... Sly really is modest and it would have been a joy to see him knock that little nothing on the ground for real or acting he was the least worthy person to interview Mr. STALLONE
Sly is not Italian enough to be an extra in the Godfather.......lol
Yes you’re coming to pick me up now
Play are you coming to pick me up now
Yes no yes she’s coming to pick me up now
Are you coming to pick me up now
I can’t use my way Grove I can’t use anything
Oh Sylvester Stallone didn’t know where he was trying to kill men non yes so is he going to come pick me up and do the right thing for a Roni to go
Yes Is Claires going to come pick me up
Fantastic
