Great video; I live in Newport Beach, and this is true. I live here for different reasons; I pay 2,900 for a 2-bedroom apt, I have 3 kids, 2 of them go to the High School in front of our apt complex, and my youngest daughter goes to the elementary school 0.5 miles away. Stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, hospitals, dentists, doctors, beaches, and natural areas for hiking are Great, and they are near. I recommend living here but keep in mind what Garrett said..
