These 10 beaches are my favorites within Orange County....even though there are many other great beaches, I wanted to narrow it down to just 10.
I would also say these are some of the best beaches in California as well.

The moment I saw Hungtinton Beach placed top spot, my jaw dropped. For a local, it's not top, second, or even third choice. You go there to get over a hangover.

This is breathtakingly beautiful...
"God's favorite"... Funny you say that. I once bumped into a family from Ohio while hiking in Switzerland. The father asked where in the US I'm from. I answered, "Orange County, California... Mickey's hometown". He said, "That's God's country."
Well... heading out to my fav beach, which is not on the list. :)
I live 2 blocks from the ocean in Huntington Beach for 3 years. Being able to just walk into the ocean whenever I feel like it is worth everything I do to live here.

I live in Anacrime where Disneyland is at. Like literally next to the park. Laguna Beach is only 20 minutes away 😎

California is beautiful.
I'm from the Midwest but always wanted to drive down the PCH and visit some of these beautiful coastal towns. In 2018 I was finally able to do so, driving from San Fran to San Diego in a weeks time. Huntington Beach was my favorite, but also enjoyed 1000 steps beach as well.

Seal Beach, and Victoria Beach, are 2 more faves.
Corona del mar has a nice cove thats very to swim and if your lucky its warm
I’ve never found it warm, high 60’s if you’re lucky! There’s always seals hanging around that area
Graduated from DH a long time ago and living abroad now. This video helped me over a little homesickness. No place like the beaches of OC.

9:00 My entire moms family goes to this beach every year. My family’s been doing this since my great grandma was a little girl. We go once a year for a week in either June or July. It’s easily my favorite place to be. Since my family is from the desert, it’s nice to go to a beach every once in a while. I can’t wait to go back this June :)
Im from Europe and I love the OC❤ ever since I saw the tv show and the reality tv show 😀 It really looks perfect. I wish I grew up there...I hope to visit one day

That's a very good list... I'm putting Crystal cove State Beach in my top three because it has those cottages and it's just pristine, also strands Beach in Dana point that's in my top five. 🌴

They actully renovated the salt creek snack shack and is now has one of the best burgers

What is a good beach for finding shells and sea glass?
When I walk in the midst of other women . .I feel confident 🌞. . Walking along the beach ⛱️ 😎 . . Listening 🎶 to R.C blakes global 🌎.. . Myself esteem is built up. . .I'm reminded who I am.
What about the sweet little town of Seal Beach just north of Huntington? Any visitors should not miss this northern most end of OC. It still looks like it did back in the day with darling shops and restaurants on Main Street as well as the wide beach and decent surf.

I live in OC for more than 20 yrs and I think LB has the most beautiful and wavy beaches. LB is more European.

Can you swim in any of them ?
Sure you can swim in all of them, but they’re cold as sh!t! Maybe high of 68 F in summer…..plus great whites and seals so take your chances

Great beaches but certainly wouldn't rate any of them as "best in the world"
