► WHO AM I?
I am a Brazilian-American journalist living in Florida. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
P.S.: The funny guy who appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and he's actually camera-shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time 😉

Some people like to diss the state or make negative comments bc they don't know how beautiful it is and how nice it is to live there. This video is making me miss SoCal where I lived for the longest time in my life--35 years! We definitely don't miss the traffic in SFO, SD, OC, and especially LA and I am happy where I am now w my husband in AZ (Scottsdale) but CA will always have a special place in my heart. Living there and getting my American education was a dream come true. I feel truly blessed!

Hi Renata and Gordon. i would like to know what handle you use for your gopro? Also the microphone too? Really want to know the settings as well for vlog using gopro :) thank you so much. I love the channel so much.
Thanks Lorenz! I use a Manfrotto mini tripod and for microphone the Tascam DR-10L. But if you’re getting started, I’d recommend to attach a microphone that records directly to the video, as with this one you need to sync audio/video in the editing.

Yes and GoPro 8 for broll. We also use Canon R & G7, Gordon films with. Regarding setting, I suggest experimenting with the various and determine what look you like and how much work it requires in editing. the GoPro 10 has a great look right from the camera.

I disagree I lived in Newport Beach California as a waiter I was lucky to make 140 in 8 hours in tips. In Bellevue Washington I’d make 500 a day but those ppl where actually rich not California pretend rich
