Lift the handle as high as you can without putting too much pressure when it stops then use your foot to press the cable. The handle will then be free to pull up all the way. I have the original R10 with Neumatic wheels in the back.

That cable is a poor design (IMO) . Got the mini one and will return it. A struggle for me with that cable. Maybe mine is defective ?? Will try the On Stage brand where you step on a bar that releases the handle to go up into place.

What we most want to know most of all is if the Rock-N-Roller cart can haul a giant yellow box of Raisinets.

That's a darn good question. Probably depends on how big and heavy the box is. A 60 pound box, no problem. A 2,000 pound box, no chance.
