I did inner engineering not believing what everyone said about it 🙏...but I wanted to give try ....so I did it continues for six months ....and suddenly one day my kids told me what I have gained from this is.....I lost my anger irrigation and I became lively in my household in what ever situation I was🙏 ......so now it had been three years......I bow down to sadhguru showing a way to grahshtha........to live joyfully no matter what happens outside 🙏

I often wonder - why does some people make a mockery of themselves by evolving stories out of nothing ! I very much pity someone's stupidity and abysmally low level of intelligence, although one pretends to be so smart !

@@samanthagibson979 I can very well relate to your situation coz I have gone through it myself. I watched a lot of videos of Sadguru and in one particular video (I'm really sorry can't remember which one it is now) he specifically talks about anxiety and panic disorder. Then finally one day I decided to learn what he's got to teach. I learnt Shambhavi (a form of Kriya Yoga) directly from him in one of his mass training programs (now due to Covid he's conducting the program online). And I sincerely practiced it for 48-days( 1 Mandala) and I could see my problem was loosing it's grip over me. I was becoming normal as if automatically! Later I continued to do Shambhavi 2-3 days per week ( due to my busy schedule). I overcame my panic disorder roughly in one years time. Now it feels like it's a distant memory to me!! I am able to enjoy my life again after suffering from that disorder for more than two years! Its more of a science as Sadguru himself said. It gives you result if you do it exactly as taught to you! Simple . I wish you all the best 👍

This is hard to comprehend but I am glad I am initiated into Shambavi and I will just work to maintain this walking temple. :)
Why does it a) Need to bee "initiated" and b) Gradually cost you lots of money ramping up from the moment you choose to spend a hundred bucks on the program? It all seems a bit culty to me..

4 years ago, Shambhavi opened me up for intense spiritual seeking. I was tremendously moved and to reason with it, I deepened my research. Finally ended up exploring the upanishads and clearly 'inner engineering' comes from the principles of Raja yoga. It has roots in Pathanjali Yoga Sutra. It is time tested since vedic period, so it will just work! Believe me, I am a living example. If you want more proof, read the 'four paths of yoga' by Swami Vivekananda. I have moved on and now deep into Advaita Vedanta and exploring the psychology of my own mind. Thanks to Sadguru and Isha for simplifying such a complex Vedic practice into something easy to follow and "experience" for the common man. I still do Shambhavi everyday and if any one is reading, it is the world's best way to meditate and realize your true Self. It teaches you how to sit, relax, feel the prana, concentrate your mind and finally end up in samadhi, as clearly documented in Pathanjali Yoga Sutra - Straight from the Upanishads. You don't need a personal god for this, any atheist/non-believer can try this and take it for a spin! I promise you will be blown away. What a gift this is to the world! Wishing all of you an exciting journey ahead!

Is this reverberative state possible in the corporate world? I never found it to be so. The opposing forces are very strong. Not everyone appreciates "the idiocy" of being at peace in the corporate environment. Many of the opposers are in charge. I had to leave. I've not looked back.

In dhyanlinga I faced headache for 1 he and as if someone is studying my mind like experience and after that I was not able to do shambhavi I use to listen voices while doing the kriya what to do
I went through the Inner Engineering program a month ago and it was great! I am now waiting for the completion. I wanted to ask if anybody else has had the same experience as I, meaning that I have been doing Isha Kriya for about two months now and a couple of days ago I noticed that I can produce endocannabinoids (anandamide I believe) consciously anytime I want and it feels amazing. This new "skill" also feels very confusing to me, although it is hard to see any downsides. Is somebody else experiencing this?
did you did it online the Inner Engineering program?is all recorded or there is some one from the center contact with you ?
I did it online. The first phase is recorded (but still very good) and I believe the completion phase (which is still ahead for me) is guided by someone over video connection. The preparation instructions included testing the computer's video setup etc. I believe there is someone online to help each participant.

The website shows that the completion program is closed for registration. Does anyone have any idea when it'll be open again?
It’s open now it only opens like 2 or 3 times a year
It opens frequently. Almost every month now. Just keep checking the website every two to three days. When it opens, the slots are filled within two to three days. Usually it is scheduled on the third week of the month. But to be able to register for Inner Engineering Completion Online you need to complete Inner Engineering Online first. The later is available in the Sadhguru app.

When Sadhguru is saying "you just need to clean up the space and cob webs daily, the rest will happen naturally" . Is it literal in meaning. I mean I don't clean up cobwebs daily in my home
I think it was a metaphor. He seems to mean that once you're initiated into Shambhavi you become like a temple and doing the practice itself is like cleaning the temple to make it somehow more useful.

I have to admit i dont let them upset me but i do get away from them which causes me to lose finances😂 cause ill quit a toxic environment in a heart beat. I wish everyone could just let people BE💛. If somebody is miserable let them be if someone is joyous let them be😂 In the work environment especially

I have been initiated by Sadguru in 1995 or so in hyderabad. As we don't note on paper I forgot the procedure. But I am doing Sambhavi mudra and Isha kriya. I think it is not the procedure I learnt in Hyderabad. I am 75yr old. Is it complete the one Sambhavi mudra which takes 7 minutes. Please advise me.
Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya takes 21 minutes.

I have been doing Kriya yoga meditation for almost a year now. Not initiated by anyone but I followed the Sadguru Kriya yoga video with the voice guidance which I found on CZcams. Is that an initiation? Do I have to pay for the inner engineering by Isha? Thank you.
That’s not the same thing, you don’t get initiation by doing isha kriya. Yes you would have to pay because lots resources are involved for the foundation to run. It’s a 21 minutes process

The very unfortunate thing about this sadhana is that it has to be done only by the ones who have been initiated. What I mean is that you must have a guru or at least his blessings or you must feel that yes, his power or life energies are with you (some kind of response or sensation) . Technically I don't have one ;(
Sadguru said that if you not initiated then don't do this process ! (Side effects )
In one video Sadhguru says that he also does online initiation now. Maybe that could help you?

In a sense Shambhavi Mahamudra is not needed... It's just a run of the mill replacement for people who just refuse to sit down for a moment.

7 days program costs 1500 /- in regional language, in English it costs 3500 /-, the completion program after the first program possibly costs 2500/- not sure though..

Correct! It costs you 6500 in total. First you need to register for Inner Engineering Online and Which is a collection of seven sessions. The videos are available to you in the Sadhguru app for 30 days. You have to complete all the sessions in 30 days. Is costs you 3500 in English, 2500 in regional language. Only when you complete all sessions you are eligible to register for Inner Engineering Online Competition in which you are initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. It costs you 3000 and is offered only in English. Another important thing is for the Completion session you need to have a laptop with a Webcam. You cannot do it in a smart phone or tablet.
the prices keep changing but trust me sister u wont regret it its total paisa vasool and getting amazing experiences just for few rupees isnt costly at all
The only reason we need to pay is because, without value people won’t take it seriously, It used to be free. Now what you get in return has the potential to change your life, As long as your willing, This for me is priceless.
