They just need to assign a maintenance officer who reports on maintenance of facility to the ministry monthly yet corrupt and bad leadership will leave it to rot so they can demand huge money for maintenance for stealing purpose
My sister, next time just do research before posting your content. The construction of the stadium started in 2006! The structure was structure was already there! What the government did was to refurbish it for the games!
