Contact your MP and ask why the road is not done. Gather neighbours and send a petition to your MP, and also invite your MP to local meetings.

Now, who are the we? that must include you and the leaders, meaning leaders of the country where Kwahu is situated. Now, to get the road fixed, once again, the people in that region should contact their local MP. If you do not live in the region, pass on the message. That is how you lobby lawmakers to develop their regions. No offence.
