From what I remember KeKe was raised in a 2 parent household and wasn't allowed around Wanda and La'tisha when she was very young. But as a teenager KeKe wanted a relationship with her cousin but Wanda was the one that was the real problem. KeKe's dad is Wanda's brother and they set the dynamic between the girls. It's so petty and very sad.

According to the family and both cousins, Keke was actually the more accomplished cousin with the better parents and more opportunity. Latisha grew up in the projects. Keke had a staple middle class family, went to college first, got Tisha into AAMU and Keke had multiple degrees there and was an English professor. Keke actually was originally supposed to be on the show. The reason why she ended up not being on the show was because Tisha and Marsau told Mel and Martell that she had a drug problem and to watch her in their house. That’s what allowed them to be on the show and Keke and her husband to not be. That was the issue between the cousin’s initially. After that, it was all tit for tat between them.

Martell and Mel put him in line with business when they created Scholt and asked him to partner but that also was when the show sizzle reel was trying to be shopped around before it was an ensemble show. And after Carlos told her the direction that he wanted to go in. This is why there was so much tension between Mel and Tisha and Marsau and Martell. Because the Holt’s pretty much set the Scott’s up to be on this show and financially stable and then once they got on the show, they did the same thing they did with Keke and Ameen.
Yes Beryl did hit Jamaica on weds that's how i rang imy 40th birthday. I live in the hills got electricity back the same day. But there are portions that were really affected. But we are doing ok.

My daughter and I flew about a month ago from the DMV to Texas and back. The turbulance we had was unlike anything I've ever experienced. It was wild enough that we had dips that you felt in your stomach, and people couldn't help but gasp aloud multiple times. I'm not afraid to fly, but if I were someone with a phobia, that experience would definitely have put me off for life.

I have a lot of family in Barbados and my sister was in St.Lucia for a friends vow renewal during the hurricane. Due to lockdown, she and her husband had to stay like 3 extra days. From what I was told, the hurricane was bad but the West Indies has been hit worst before. Prayers out though to those whose lives, family, and property were affected by the hurricane.

Being from Florida I'm very used to hurricanes but living in the middle, central Florida, we rarely get a lot of damage as in having to rebuild so I couldn't imagine having to go through that year after year. I definitely feel blessed in that regard. My prayers go out to them. 💜

Tisha was the one that was look down on and finally made it by the show and I do think Keke felt like how she got on the show and not me. And Tisha was more like you can’t be on here with me it’s my time. Either way Tisha said they didn’t get to make up which is sad and it shows time is not promised. Make up when you can even if you can’t be cool anymore make your peace.
Never had issues on my mother’s side of family but my dad’s side? Ugh lol I had a cousin that was looked at as better than me and she sure proved everyone wrong…pregnant at 17, on drugs, lost her kids, no home, and the list goes on. Me on the other hand, I guess “the other one”…became a mom at 22 but married, college grad, a career job, homeowner…sure as hell doing a lot better than the golden child 😂 families really need to stop doing that though with pitting family members against one another, especially children because it stays with you into adulthood. Unfortunately in real life people die. Most logical thinking people wouldn’t connect a person passing with their job unless there was an incident at work. There’s plenty of situations where stars of movies or tv shows have passed in the middle of taping.
Based on the announcement from the family no one is to blame for Keke’s passing, it appears to be an accident.
