  • Ingredients:
    For Dal
    - Toor dal 1 cup
    - Water 3 cups
    - Salt to taste
    - Oil 1 tablespoon
    - Ghee 2 tablespoons
    - Turmeric 1 teaspoon
    - Parsi dhana jeera masala 1 teaspoon
    - Chilly powder 2 teaspoons
    - Motilal masalawala‘s dhansak masala 2 teaspoons
    - Ginger & garlic paste 1 tablespoon
    - Sugar 1 teaspoon
    For Parsi Mutton Pulao
    - Ghee 2 tablespoons
    - Fried onions 1 measuring cup
    - 3 finely chopped medium sized tomatoes
    - Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
    - Mint leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
    - Turmeric 1 teaspoon
    - Red chilly 1 teaspoon
    - Garam masala 1 teaspoon
    - Kashmiri chilly powder 1 tablespoon
    - Deggi mirch chilly flakes 1 teaspoon
    - Coriander seeds powdered 1 teaspoon
    - Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
    - Ginger & garlic paste 2 teaspoons
    - Boiled potatoes 4 medium
    - Boiled eggs 4
    For Keema Kebabs
    - Minced meat 400 grams
    - 2 slices of white bread
    - Salt to taste
    - Ginger & garlic paste 1 tablespoon
    - Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
    - Garam masala 1 teaspoon
    - Chilly powder 1 teaspoon
    - Fried onions 3 tablespoons
    Coriander leaves chopped 4 tablespoon
    Egg 1 for the mixture
    Eggs 2 to fry
    Semolina 3 tablespoon
    Oil to fry

    Hi .. Behram uncle recipe boh majeni che. But just for thought can't we add the stock of mutton while cooking rice. I think it would make palao more flavourful.

    I tried your pulav recipe and it turned out good. I tried the daal on a different day and it was delicious and the best part is that it is so easy to make. Wish I could post a pic. Thank you for your recipes which are easy to make. 😀
