Thank you my friend!! I’m getting there. Gotta keep putting in the work but happy for where I am. I can actually adventure a bit and that’s what I love. Can’t wait til I can get on the Lynx with confidence 💯
The only way to feel more comfortable is to put the Miles in, after about 250 miles or so you'll feel 100% comfortable and confident, you're doing a heck of a lot better than me in the beginning.
Awesome!! Thank you my friend. It’s good to have a general idea of how much I need to ride to actually get comfortable. Definitely will keep putting in the work!! Thanks again 😊
Thank you my friend!! Definitely had to get my 🥜 up a little 🤣 I figure that’s the only way I’ll ever get anywhere. Definitely gonna be pushing further once I’m on the Lynx!!
North street pier! I love that spot early in the mornings. I have family down there. Look ahead and ride like you are 5 seconds ahead of yourself. Indecision is a cold mistress on these things. Just had that mishap yesterday but somehow stayed vertical…the wheel didn’t. lol. Head to the HS on a Sunday when it’s empty and work turns. Also, I use a hand/wrist mirror rather than a helmet mounted mirror. Works great and my ADHD brain won’t be constantly distracted by the thing hanging off my helmet.
My gee you got it! I’m so happy for you! That’s it. All it takes now is practice and repetition. You are already ready to ride the big boy. When you know how to ride, you know how to ride. You just have to get better now, but if you want, keep on riding the lighter wheel until you start hearing the beeps. When you start hearing the beeps that means it’s time for the lynks full time. Ride safe my brother.
Thank you my friend. You’re 💯 percent correct. For sure figure 8s will help. That’s where I feel most sketch so that’s what I’ll work on. Gone get out there and do a few today 🙌🏾
Another great video. I hope you’ll be hopping on that lynx soon. Your start/mount on the inmotion vs lynx is definitely something where you’ll notice that size/weight difference. When I made the switch from the small inmotion to the master, my push off leg felt like my calf was going to explode after about 30-45 minutes of trying. Now it’s a lot easier and my legs are used to the extra wheel weight. Keep going a little out of your comfort zone each time and you got this!! It’s great seeing your progress. I also like that the community has more willing to help and encourage than troll people.
Thank you my friend!! I’m definitely itching to jump on the Lynx 😂 trying to be patient and mater the V8s. Maybe some time next week. I know I can ride a straight line. It’s just the stopping that’s intimidating. Practice practice practice.
Leave the LYNX powered on until the state of charge drops below 80%… then put in closet for at least 2 months. Wobbles are very much the result of not yet having fine motor control, and this takes years of practice to get the skills up to the minimum required level. First, get more gear for you and the wheels. A chest protection/shoulder/elbow mesh jacket would be nice. Hip/coccyx protection is the most overlooked item that serious riders don’t skip. And get the Clark pad system for the LYNX. Practice on a grass field, the uneven surface will help build that fine motor coordination that’s needed for emergency maneuvering. Good luck.
Nice ride bro im doing one from work tomorrow on my v5f. I would get a v8s but they sold out so im looking at the lynx or the falcon and probably gonna go small because idk if my city will let me rip it on the streets.
That's how I learned, I just got out there and just started riding everywhere. It's the best way in my opinion. Don't jump on the lynx just yet. Keep practicing with the Inmotion until you become really good at it.
I’ve been riding the Onewheel for a while as well, and it’s a very nice experience… now I got a Euc and hate the experience, I get it, is faster and more range but for me the Onewheel experience is way better..
Practice just stopping. Try to get away from the step run stop you're doing. You're going to hurt something. Practice at a parking lot with hard, emergency stops where you're stopped and put a foot down once. You're going to need this if you have to emergency stop. They Lynx is a different animal. It's like learning to ride again. I would stick with the InMotion first for a while till you get it down. I had my Sherman S for almost a year before I started to ride it regularly. Stopping, turning, taking off. It's all different on a bigger, heavier wheel.
Thank you my friend!! Wasn’t even thinking of that. I thought I was stop ok but I few time it felt a little off. Like hadn’t actually stopped. I’ll try some in a few. Do I pretty much get it down to 0 and then step off?
Nice vidéo again ounce you start getting comfortable about your Lynx I don’t know if if you will touch other pev as much😅 (unless for special occasion)
v8 felt comfortable about 20 miles, felt like I was good at 60 miles. For a 88lb wheel, I've got 6 miles into my v14 and its just starting to feel like I'm barely in control.
Hey man. Stop worrying about the Lynx. Just keep riding the v8s until you feel you've totally mastered it and get bored with it. You'll know when you're ready to move up.
You are doing it!!! Man I'm so excited for you.

2:27 brave man riding next to the body of water, lol. Nice job bro. The Insta360 Ace looks fantastic too!

Thank you Hometeam 🙌🏾 definitely ready to jump on the beast but I’ll wait a few. Haven’t reached the ceiling on the V8s just yet. I’m itching though 😂
Love the progress and dedication bro. Try figure 8’s both directions to help with turns.
Thank you my friend. You’re 💯 percent correct. For sure figure 8s will help. That’s where I feel most sketch so that’s what I’ll work on. Gone get out there and do a few today 🙌🏾
Super cool to witness your journey! I'm still learning.. Can't mount it but once I'm on it, I can go 😂 Thanks for sharing and keep on keepin on!
Thank you my friend!! We got this 🙌🏾 from beginners to pros before you know it!! It’s a fun journey!! Stay safe and keep killing it!!

Great progress!! 🙌
You’re definitely an inspiration my friend!! Can’t wait to see back riding 🙌🏾 wishing you a speedy recovery ❤️🩹

You are ready for the Lynx. It’ll just feel higher and squishier and heavier. But it’s basically the same.

@@therealbergexperience5640 Yes. Like you stop on a motorcycle. Stop, then foot down.

You are ready for the Lynx. Just be prepared for the weight.
This is how it's done
Thanks my friend!! I’ll definitely keep at it. Got to put it the work!!
