- Let’s make Irish soda bread. I picked everything up at my local @marianosmarket to make this classic recipe. #shorts #sodabread
Wet Ingredients:
-1 and ¾ cups buttermilk
-1 egg
Dry ingredients:
-4 and ¼ cups AP Flour
-3 tbsp sugar
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar
-5 tbsp grated cold @kerrygoldusa butter
Whisk the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl mix the dry and add in the wet mixture. Mix together, then knead for about 1 minute on a lightly floured surface. Shape the dough, place in a cast iron skillet and score the top.
I cooked this in my @biggreenegg at 375 degrees, indirect for about 45 minutes. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
The more traditional recipe calls for raisins instead of cheddar, but I wanted to change it up a bit. I must say, this soda bread turned out tasty! It’s dense inside but still very light. Topped with some butter, it was delicious. - Jak na to + styl

Wow he looks like leonardo di capriO it just shows if you have money you become handsomer 😂😂😂☘️☘️☘️✌️
Good recipe, good loop!
Looks so good
That looks good but traditional Irish soda bread doesn't have butter, egg or cheese in it does have raisins in it though but that's as far as I'd go you usually only put flour, salt, baking soda and buttermilk in and that's it.
So, a giant 'Cheddar Bay' biscuit? Looks yummy.
Is that an oven?
I think this is the Egg Green Egg grill. It does indirect cooking, very good to smoke meat and cooks well over time, hence good oven as well. Since it's vertical so it takes a little less space.
no amounts of ingredients, its not a recipe.

Wtf
Soda bread doesn't have cheese or raisens fella
You don’t put cheese in it the only thing that could arguably go in is raisins
My mother makes hers with cheese and chives, it's great you should try it
