What a find, you can't go wrong, it's destiny, you have been chosen to be a Classic Car Rescuer, it's in your DNA, fellows like you deserve a special spot in history, when future generations research Mr. Goodpliers, they will find you were out there beating the bushes, turning over rocks, finding Classic Cars and preserving them for generations to come, good job!....🎸
I'm looking for a Model T TT truck. Have you got a line on any?
@@lloydlawson6876 Nope, keep on beating the bushes, check the "RESTORED" channel "TURIN RUSTIN CHANNEL, and the rest, it's out there somewhere......
Those old cars are eye candy to me. Everyone of them has value, just in the memories that they stir up in older people and the imaginations of the young.
It’s amazing that collections like this are still around. Being so isolated is why they were still there.
I spent the Summer of '88 in central Nebraska. I drove a lot of back roads that Summer. The collection shown in this video is unique because of its size, but there are many, many farms in that area with a half dozen old cars and trucks parked in the woodlot behind the barn. The trees gow up very quickly. Big as they are, the trees you see in this video are, at most, 30 or 40 years old.
I love that these are being sold, and not scrapped
That is a field of Dreams For Sure, loved they are being saved and not scrapped !!!
Nope. That's a field of BROKEN dreams.
Even in early 21st Century America, old abandoned farms are still being found as well as the cool early Detroit Iron that's still on them.
Collection of cool old patina cars & trucks.
If cars could talk, the Chev would be saying to the Lincoln “ they are taking me from my home. The Lincoln responses, “Going to take me too bud.” 😎👍🇨🇦
Incredible! Most look like they could be restored. There are more old coins in those cars too. I collect coins and metal detect. Great video as usual!
All the cars they pulled out of the woods in Nebraska for the famous Lamberton Chevrolet auction there are no vidios on u tube and mabey no vidioes at all , so thank you for all you do all the time . I am 78 years old and love to see what comes out of the shelter belts and old farms in the dry mid west . thanks
Great collection and most looked well preserved. Another farm collection disappearing but hopefully they all find new homes. 🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍
Daaaang! Im drooling! Id love one of those Visors!
I'm am so jealous right now. I might plan a vacation, and come to see your collection. Thank you saving them.
Its amazing how good shape they are in after sitting outside so long.
That's really cool to see so many on 1 farm. I'm retiring this year and hope to start going to some farm auctions next year.👍
It’s mine blowing that there are still farms out there! Absolutely one of my favorite things in life! Thanks guys
Sir (?), Why is it so "mind blowing" that there are still farms... especially in the Great Plains?
@@willhorting5317 Because guys like you have been coming along for 30+ years looting the farms dry and clearing the land. I’m amazed there’s still so many left, when so many people have attacked the Midwest.
What the heck do you mean, "guys like you"? Make assumptions often do you? You know nothing about me. Especially anything that deserves for you to be saying things like that.....All I did was ask a question......I have never "looted" nor "cleared" any land....In reality, I am from an actual farm family. Beginning as a kid, I helped my parents work the farm for well over forty years, until my health forced me into early retirement ten years ago. One of my adult kids still works the farm...... Anyway, as I said, all I did was ask you why you were so surprised. I won't presume to speak for other Great Plains states. But Kansas (my state) is still mostly family farms, little different than it has been for the past century. So again, I don't understand why you jumped down my throat for asking a simple question sir.
@@willhorting5317 ... fellow Kansan here...sure makes you wonder where in the hell do some people get their information...lol
@@stevenbonnesen5988 Definitely sir.
I know the feeling of this. Bought 40 trucks back in September and still hauling since every trip they have found something else I "need"!
you see cars i see firewood.just an old man in the uk..trying to keep warm.i was a 46 boomer.was still am now 76.
I like that 50 & 52 chevy. Nice collection hope they can get saved and fixed up.
Wow in the last year seen so many junkyards closing because of all the new green deal . Scrap metal recyclers have been stocking CZcams channels turning the junkyards in to the states towns and they been revoking not renewing licensing for old vintage junkyards unless they clean up all the vehicles
so awesome after seeing this video it brightens my day knowing that people are buying and saving these classic cars for our younger generations to restore and to enjoy 👍
Cows are like WTF are these guys doing. LoL 😂
I sure hope and pray that they keep every one of those cars not destroying them maybe even restoring a few but keeping them intact for future generations to look at those are just beautiful cars no matter what anyone says
Thanks for showing the line ups and them getting the cars out of the woods and setting them out to view good.thank you.
Videos just keep getting better, wish I had friends that would call me out to help with a classic find like yours. Lol Keep up the good work and if you find any good finds around southern Indiana that you need help with let me know. Great job.
Morning Tim, all I can say is......WOW!! I'm not a early up 1940's guy, my interest stop at 1941, cars anyways...back when I was 18, I bought a 37 Chevrolet 2 Dr sedan, it had some huge slicks, home made steel wheels, 5 foot long home made ladder bars.... 409 with a 4-speed, back then the car was junk, now it's a nostalgia drag car....all I bought was the body....be safe from the vid!!! God Bless!!
Much respect for saving all the classics you come across. Keep up the good work!!
Great share looking forward to the next reveal.
The second old cars a 46 Chevy coupe / Grille interchangeable 46-48 I have one ! Great Find ! 😁👍
What an amazing collection for one farm. I could watch that kind of stuff all day. I know where there is a frame to fit that 49 Ford 🙂
It was really great to have you guys out, and it’s awesome to see these cars get a chance to have a 2nd life~
Andrew
Unforgettable week, thanks again
Very cool! Thanks for sharing your videos!
Very cool..................... 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for sharing a great video...man this is just incredible ...if cars could talk....history on wheels...
sublime, ethereal and eclectic
Like old friends out on the farm each one it’s own style and personality, watch it that one looks like it could bite you. If it has rust and chrome it’s very cool. Keep up the great work!
that shoe box ford looks to be good hot rod material the outer sheet metal looks good
That’s amazing, and the patina on those cars are unbelievable, what a find. Great video work!
"Patina"... What a puerile term. That's rust and decay, friend. Nothing more; nothing less.
Welcome to 'Murica... And its senseless materialism run amok.
99% beautyfull cars. I love that old stile with front split windows 🤩
That Lincoln Mark III should have a 460 in it. It would be worth pulling the motor out of it before it goes to the crusher.
I'm sure it's going on an auction
Great patina! I especially like the 1946 and 1947 fastbacks. Nice lines
They should tie a mattress or something up against the forks to prevent the dents when they are moved
My dad was the same way as his dad. If I was gone for awhile such as wheat harvest crew etc, I'd come back and my projects would be gone. Had a 68 Tempest and a rat rod disapear. 😩 Thanks for the vid!
Cool you still find stuff to film. Really enjoy your videos.
Gold mine lol good job there , nice cars all over ! Keep up the great work , i sure enjoy your videos , cheers !
Hi! It’s amazing collections! Very good! Nice cars! Green contibental the favorite!👍😊😍👌
I love your video's. Ceap going the good work. We like that you dont only like old cars but also like the old buildings. And we also like that you always be yourself. Greathings Do & Jo from Holland
Thank you for your kind words, and thank you for watching!
Those 73 lincolns look awesome in a satin black with black chome. Amazing cars
Absolutely amazing
Awesome discovery, a lot of time and especially money 💰 is needed to restore some of these classic American Iron for posterity 😊👍❤️💯🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Very cool👌👍👍💯
at 30:39 that suicide knob is a collectors item today..
That's why they designed a chain saw blade to stop at idle.
THAT FORD MAKES GOOD YARD ART
Rebuildable cars.hope they all get saved.the parts are valuable
Nice batch of vehicles. Love the ‘52 Chev 2dr 3 piece back window! Actually can think the last time I saw one in a hard top! You mentioned the cans. It is like no, who knows if anything will be worth anything! What should we start collecting while it is worth nothing? Thanks for the video again.
I like that 50 4 door that was cut out of the tree.
Let’s see about those grain bins and any other farm related stuff while you’re there.
cant wait to see future content mate
The excitement in his voice
Wow ,, this is WAY COOL
I HOPE THEY ALL GET SAVED!!
WOW COOL
Wow! Nice potential.. Up in ND the crusher went through back in the late '90s not much left.
Not many to begin with. Zero population.
I need some of that trim off the 52 hardtop
Think I remember that auction being on TV possibly.
I am not surprised the very first vehicles in the line you say have already been sold [@1:34] are two gorgeous late 40's cab-over Chevy grain trucks. I want one!
Yes, the online auction for those had finished before I arrived
in the 1970s i had a running 47 chevy, a 29 chevy flatbed and a 41 international flatbed all junk now guess left them behind, in NJ...
Looks like a better yard then Austin crusher
That front clip will make a nice Desk huh
you have to be in the financial position to buy something like this when it pops up.
you don't know when it will happen so you just need to prepare now so that you are ready to move fast when you get a opportunity.
Yep, Those days are gone.
Old stuff was made to last.
I wish I lived closer I would love to get a few myself, I had a Lincoln like that should of kept it I traded it for the Cadillac I have , kicking my self in the ass for that… I am glad that you and other people save the older cars from getting crushed …. That model Lincoln is a 70 like mine Was …
"Not like a hoarder" Yes he was. A haoder amasses material and allows it to dederiorate. A collector preserves the materail.
I think he did it to get back at his dad
We he could have started hauling them to the yard when metal got more expensive. Would you like that better?
I was a Chevy fan all my life (I'm 76) until 2009. Also was hoping you'd show close-up views of the COE trucks left of the driveway when you first approached the farm.
at 25:15 there is something that few have even seen and probably less have ever used it, the hole for the crank thru the bumper and body. I still remember the days of putting a few coals from the stove in a pan and shoving them under the engine for a hr or so and warming up the oil so dad could crank the engine. that may be a 41, not sure now.
I've got a little oil pan heater that you light and place under the car. Those definitely were different times. I love these old relics because they are such a link to the past.
I WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED IN THAT BLUE OVER BLUE 46 COUPE
Yes, all for sale. Send me an email mrgoodpliers1985@gmail.com and I will get you in touch with the owner
God bless anyone who owns property and saves cars cause they can!!!!…… any car guys dream
Another rare wheat penny is the 1944 steel penny. 1943's were steel other than a few that were stamped from copper and released by mistake. 1944 was the opposite with pennies being back to being made of copper, but there was a handful of erors that were made of steel that got released by mistake.
problem is no one has ever found them, I've been looking at pennies since 43 when the rumor started. I have hundreds or 43s and probably over two hundred silver war nickels
@@olddave4833 actually most of them have been found and accounted for but a few remain lost
..Really glad these are being rescued!..too many are still being destroyed today...now that they've been rescued, I hope most of them are restored to original, not turned into chopped top, purple and green bumperless LS powered rods....that's the second worst thing that happens to classic cars after being straight up scrapped...
I agree. Nothing beats a stock restoration
Wowwwww thers alot of beautiful cars thank you so much for this vendido
Fine!
Here Brazil
I had a 48 fleetmaster it was a great old car.
I need a clean 1970-1972 Pontiac lemans/GTO body, for my 1971 Pontiac lemans GT-37!
OMG! Electrify one of ‘em. Shock everyone!
Just like to sharpen the chain on that chainsaw bro and make woodchips fly.
Que hermosura de carros👍
I'm looking for a roller like one of these to build a vintage dirt track car. Wish I could stumble on any one of these sitting in the woods. Nice find guys. Will there be follow up rebuilds? That 38 Chevy on the end would be perfect.
I have a 1940 Plymouth coupe body that would be perfect for that. It's rough but too cool to junk
@@mr.goodpliers6988 email sent
At least they weren't scrapped unlike that place you visited in TX. I assume the owner of these passed on and now his collection is being sold off? I'm sure he enjoyed them in his own way while he was around.
WOW
There's now way to do this today: Collect cheap old cars like this and hold onto them.
Just like finding Gold!
The body on that old shoebox didn't seem bad except for the floors. Had to cringe a few times watching them pick up those treasures. Will you be able to purchase any? Thanks for another great video. Joe
I wouldn't mind having any of those late '40s-early-'50s Chevys so I expect a lot of people are going to be made happy by this find.
COLD WAR MOTORS HAPPY
Wow wonder what he paid for everything. Awesome finds
Post a video of the auction
That old Ford be a good project to put on a 4x4 frame
It would be interesting to see how much that 47 coupe goes for.
Wish I knew where those Fleetline went.
They are near Grand Island Nebraska at my friend's old car yard. Check out the video description box for his contact information
you were speaking of oil cans and we thought it was a big deal when oil went from being in a glass jug to a tin can and the from tin to paper.
💯"TRUE HISTORY"🥂🍾😎🇺🇲
The shoe box gets it thru the windows ?!?! I suppose it was better than the bottom
