Ebay Surprise and modding my MXR phase 90 pedal

I purchased mxr phase 90 from ebay. I like buying second hand gear as for vintage stuff its the only option, but also the price you pay is approximately what you can sell if for.
When I opened this pedal up there was an interesting surprise, hiding on the pcd.
I have then gone on to mod to pedal to have switchable modes.
Please let me know if you think it this was worth it.
Also the playing is all done with the effect turned to the max, to show the difference the best i can between the modes.

In my opinion, no, it's definitely not OK to sell a modded pedal and not disclose that. Any reasonable person would assume that a piece of gear is stock unless told otherwise. Not cool to keep the mod quiet. As for the sound, it was a little hard for me to judge because the Speed knob was all the way up for all the sounds. I'd probably need to hear it around 9:00 - 12:00, which is where I typically use mine (Script).

I don't really mind too much with a small mod like that. though would have been nice to be honest. Oh well. Mistakes are easily made.
I did turn it up to try to make the effect clearer.

sucks about getting it like that! what resistor do you have to switch out for the vibrato mod? cheers
