I adore this deck. It's the one I keep coming back to. Love the minimalist (but not too minimal) art work, and the light , airy vibe it has. I love the pairings with the oracle decks.

The art of the Dreaming Way reminds me quite a bit of American illustrator Normal Rockwell. It seems like a fantasy out of the 1940s & 50s. You're right that the clothing shifts and in essence doesn't belong to any time period since it's an expression of fantasy/dream.
