    what an epic mod job for two seriously evocative decks, You did them a huge favor (and yourself!) I love watching your videos and learning your unique and creative ways of reading and playing with intuition, journaling and the synchronistic art in decks. THANK you so much Dawn Michelle for al; your offerings to this community! see you at nwts!

    EXCELLENT!! I would love to do this but I wouldnt be able to read them - I admire your ability to do that

    These look amazing. I’m not sure why Lo Scarabeo always puts these obnoxious borders on their decks. Especially on something like the Fairy Lights where the artist created the art work to go together and each card has a match that completes the painting. The borders completely destroy that concept. The Fairy Lights has been on my wish list for a while but I really didn’t know how I would cut it to make it borderless. Thanks so much for this vid. This has really helped me and I think I will be getting this deck now that I know I can trim it 100%. You’re videos are always the best. love and blessings 😺❤️❤️❤️

    Hello my Martha Stewart of Tarot. I definitely need to move on to the phase of trying to practice intuitively and I think these decks work for that purpose. Combining 2 similar decks was a great idea. I think I may do this with DruidCraft and Wildwood maybe?? I'll continue my search for similar light/shadow combo to attempt this next stage with

    • @DawnMichelleTarot
      @DawnMichelleTarot  Před 4 lety +2

      Hello my dear, I think Druidcraft and Wildwood would be great together! I don't know if you have them, but one of my favorite light/shadow combos is the Darkness of Light and the Wooden Tarot. 🙂 Thank you for watching. ❤️

    • @shaneem818
      @shaneem818 Před 4 lety

      @@DawnMichelleTarot I have both, Druidcraft and Wilwood but I will definitely look into the Darkness of Light and the Wooden Tarot. I really would like something to counter/compliment the Tarot of Vampyres but I cannot find one thus far. Thank you for your content, it's creative and valuable and appreciated.

    They look so gorgeous. Those images deserve no distractions. ..... I'm still deciding whether I wish to have this deck as purely intuitive. Similar to the Bauer deck - I would preferred to have both options (such as a discreet suit/number). Great to see that cutting off so much doesn't hurt the images, which was what I was wondering. Blessings x

    • @DawnMichelleTarot
      @DawnMichelleTarot  Před 4 lety

      You could always make a small notation on the card itself to indicate suit/number and them trim away the borders and titles. That's kinda the best of both worlds. 🙂 Thank you for watching. ❤️

    These look great! I've been too much of a nervous Nelly to mod any of my decks but this one is tempting, especially the Fairy Lights with those paired images.

    I love the art in the Fairy Lights Tarot, but the weird CGish symbols really clash with the artwork and I have never been able to buy the deck because of it. I am ok with using symbols but at least make the style match the artwork :\

    Thanks for the informative video. Do you think that its possible to trim both these decks with scissors. I don't have a guillotine?

    • @DawnMichelleTarot
      @DawnMichelleTarot  Před 3 lety

      I would think so, I've seen lots of people do some really wonderful mods with scissors. I'm just so uncoordinated with scissors I use the cutter. 🙂 Thank you for watching! ❤️

    • @rosehip6976
      @rosehip6976 Před 3 lety

      I totally enjoy your videos. I've trimmed all the borders off both decks. The tops and bottoms arent even at all. Its not a problem - I'm not a perfectionist, I don't riffle shuffle and it seems to suit them. Thanks again, Take care

    • @DawnMichelleTarot
      @DawnMichelleTarot  Před 3 lety +1

      They are pretty small after the mod about 2.25 x 3.75 inches. Great little pocket size! I hope that helps and that you enjoy the decks as much as I do! 🙂 Thank you for watching! ❤️

      @@DawnMichelleTarot that is tiny but they look incredible Dawn so I am going to modify them. I hope mine will turn out like yours. The 1st deck I tried I did not use tape nor did it in daylight. I just used tape to perfect them and they look fantastic! Smaller than what this deck will be lol but fantastic. So, always listen to Dawn is what I learned : ) Thank you for all you do and show us Dawn. Hugs!
