I'm so bummed for you about the Phantomwise! What a bummer. Omgosh the White Owl Mystic and Fountain Tarot pairing is CHEFS KISS.
That one was just amazing... I felt like the White Owl and the Fountain just unlocked each other. It was so cool!

I think the tendency of a deck to kick your butt or be gentle or whatever is not based on the deck itself, but on how each person responds to the art, in the moment. Fountain Tarot is so heavily masculine (count 'em, about 3/4 male) which is fine, but may not resonate if you like a feminine slant. Always enjoy your journal work. Wish I could draw!
Oh for sure! I know so many people who think of that Forest of Enchantment deck as a hug deck and that's so not been my response to it. :)

In regard to the Holy Spectrum - you completely spoke all of the thoughts I've had about it, including your thoughts about the Stunning Tarot. I might just pull the trigger on this deck - now to decided on which version. Great Video and it's always fun to listen regardless of the length of the video.

Sorry to hear the Phantomwise didn't work out, I got very tempted by it because of you. 😊 maybe a new printing will solve the issues!
If they do a new printing on some better cardstock, I might be tempted to try it again. :) It's amazing how much that actually makes a difference for me. :)
@@DawnMichelleTarot makes sense, tarot reading is a tactile experience after all. For me, sometimes I like a deck more because it has great card stock so of course it works backwards too! :D

Heck YES, you're cool! Don't let that sassy Holy Spectrum tell you otherwise. 😄 Oh my gosh, would've never thought to pair Into the Lonely Woods with the Runic Tarot--that is GREAT, and I'll have to try it once I finally start working with the latter. And, oh wow, that White Owl with Fountain Tarot is brilliant. Oh, and I can see what you mean with the Phantomwise cardstock. I've been using it for #365yellowbricks--and it's been good for that--but am honestly not sure it'd have a place in my collection otherwise. The muddied images are a bit underwhelming (looks amazing with your red edging, though!). Anyway, as always, your decks and journals are such a feast for the eyes--thank you! 😍
That Holy Spectrum always seems to have my number :) Glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks the Phantomwise images are muddied. I mean, I put my glasses on and everything and it's still blurry. :)
@@DawnMichelleTarot Yeah, just in general the images are a little cruder than I expected, too, if I'm honest 😬 (not like I could do better!). But I'm bonding with it through Sylvain's activity and will probably keep it out of sentimentality afterward. I don't see a use beyond that, though (granted, I see nothing well these days and am getting new glasses soon, speaking of...☺).
33:22 Same though. It feels weird. I thought it would have been the same as the Tarot of Divine. I wonder why they decided to go with that type of cardstock. The Pasta Tarot is the same cardstock as well.
I'm not even sure what it is, but it don't feel right to me lol :)
@Dawn Michelle Tarot Neither do I tbh. I think I can get past it, especially with the Pasta Tarot, because I love that deck. But it's definitely weird.
Oh I want that Future Ancestor book so badly! but until it is available here in Europe I just can't get it, it is pricey on its own but with the shipping AND taxes.... it is just out of my reach and it breaks my lil heart! 😔

The backs aren't my favorite on the Dreaming Way either, but the fronts more than make up for it. :) It does go beautifully with the Flora Healing, I just love that combo of messages.

Loved this video!😍 I wanted to ask you: do you think that the Phantomwise Tarot has a different cardstock compared to the Literary Witches Oracle?
Yeah, they do feel completely different to me. Literary Witches felt more like paper, Phantomwise has more of a plastic feel (for lack of any other better description.) I actually liked the Literary Witches cardstock, it worked well.
what did you use to edge the phantomwise tarot please? I received it today and I love it so far :)
I used a red Tombow marker for that one. 🥰

You're a Taurus? Me too. No wonder we have a similar taste in decks (and collecting) 😅 Edit: It's funny you mentioned that you felt like your videos are getting longer. As soon as I saw that you uploaded, I noticed the length and thought, "Her vids are getting longer and I am not mad about it at all" 😆
