I went to Tulsa few years ago learned a lot I have been stick welding since I was 10 but it was a really good experience good job jack
The way you use the grinder is pretty funny 😄
I went back in 98, been welding every since, and been to a lot of states. Welded a lot of things, and still going strong 💪🏿
I learned that you use 3/32 7018 rods for your root pass, and you run that at 90 amps, then for you fill using 3/32 7018 rods 90 amps, then for you cover use 1/8 7018 rods at 120 amps.
My welding teacher went to Hobart in Ohio and he’s a great instructor.
Perfect 👌
Good job 👍🏾what ever happened to an instructor named Vance Miller back in HUMM 🤔 98

Safety first buddy good video tho
With a back up strip do you put a land on
No only open roots
What the fuck is the point of that
Hella under cut wt happen🤨
I don't know why USA welders every time they get a slag peel you'll have be saying that's how welding should be done.. You contradict your self.. Your two first beads are done wrong according to your own statement cause it didn't peel off 🙄
Next time don’t use a backing and use 1/8 7018
You would think this dude hates welding how he been huffing and puffing and whatnot. Dang lighten up lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Use a 1/8 inch rod it's way faster

Come on man you should be doing better than that.. Visual test not quite neat too much under cut looking like it way beyond tolerance...
Why do you huff and puff like a teenage emo girl at the end of every run?
You get so mad so easily. Huff and puff like you hate your life. Funny to watch but not what you should be doing with new welders watching your vids.
