When I was young (back in the Stone Age), we had the option of audio taping songs off of the radio (you can obviously still do that today, but nobody does that for a whole litany of reasons).
So even though we would do that sometimes, we would almost always still end up buying the official tape from our local record store for our fav songs/artists because not only was the quality of the music better, but we also liked to get the artwork that came with the tape/vinyl record and hear any tracks that weren’t released on the radio.
CZcams videos are _ALWAYS_ compressed in order to reduce file size (to achieve a faster streaming capability). You’ll never hear a high quality version of the song(s) you check out on CZcams for that reason. Even with good headphones/earbuds, you’ll miss tons of subtlety, you won’t hear the full range of the deepest bass to the high end treble, and so on.
That’s the biggest reason in my book. For many years (during the early years of Apple’s online digital music store), Apple only offered shitty quality rips of songs to buy for 99¢ each. Only morons would buy music from them that way instead of buying the CD and ripping it yourself for a much, _MUCH_ higher quality rip (for use in your iPod and such).
Hell, there were higher quality rips available on LimeWire than the Apple store was offering, so the record companies/Apple were ironically encouraging piracy as a valid option by not offering higher quality digital music to buy in their online store.
Even today, despite digital music being much higher quality for online purchase (which means larger file sizes), the music still won’t be as high quality as the hard copy product is that you buy from the record labels (CDs/vinyl). This is the reason that I will _NEVER_ get rid of my massive CD collection, and I always prefer to play my CDs in my car versus listening to music on my cell phone/iPod. You can definitely hear the difference.

My nephew used to love this guy, even when we would laugh at him in his Froggy Fresh days and his friend James (My nephew was named James too btw) and my nephew passed away last year at 26, first time ever trying heroin. I was 2 minutes away from him and could’ve saved him but his roommates just watched him die, the day before his daughters 5th birthday. Anyhow, I watch Tyler Cassidy all the time bc it reminds me of my nephew, who I loved like a son, even tho I was only 9 years older than him. The problem with Tyler’s music is it’s so good you get stuck on one or two tracks for months on repeat and miss all the other bangers he does. It took me 5 years to get to this! I just found this guy from some other guy's video talking about what happened to Froggy Fresh. Someone in the comments said to check out the new stuff because it is really good. I searched and came to this channel expecting a laugh and I am leaving with tears in my eyes and completely blown away.
