Since my tailbone is bone on bone , and have a total knee replacement that doesn’t bend all the way back. I’m hoping I’ll be able to do these at some point after some physiotherapy.

Hi! Is there anyone else out these with hip dysplasia (mine is considered mild) that has tried hip mobility exercises but has achy hips after?
I need to do this hip mobility every day.My hips are extremely tight. I could not put my left and right leg behind me.
If you have arthritic hips like I do, this video is for you.
I can't do any of these moves. My hips are so locked up 😢
