    This is an awesome flow for me to stretch out my hip areas, they are always so tight. I felt a major difference after and even tried the practice one leg 90 flow 🧘🏾‍♀Can't wait to do this one again. Namaste 💜

    Different and more difficult than I thought😊 I loved it of course and will be practicing this one (just when I'm feeling I'm pretty limber and flexible, this routine...❤ that's what "ego thoughts" will do~set me straight 🙏

    Since my tailbone is bone on bone , and have a total knee replacement that doesn’t bend all the way back. I’m hoping I’ll be able to do these at some point after some physiotherapy.
    Truly want my mobility back. Thank you.

    Hi! I prefer when you have no make up, you don't have to use that stuff. I love your videos and I still continue to follow you. I didn't know that I would do so much yoga a day in my life.
