- This is a 10-minute hip flexibility routine for improving the mobility of the hips and surrounding tissues. This works great as a stand alone morning routine, or any time of day, or can be used as a warm up or cool down, pre or post workout.
If you have tight hips and hamstrings or just want to improve your lower body mobility, this is the routine for you.
This class is perfect for people of all levels who want to open their hips and hamstrings while strengthening but might already have a lot of tension in these areas and want to create a sense of freedom and open up their bodies.

Tim, i had a niggle in my quad (from travelling and limited stretching i expect!), after two days off, a few rounds of this class on repeat, i managed to race last night, got my second fastest 5km time and second place.. thanks for yet another amazing class 💪🙌💪

How weird- I just finished an older video of yours and was wanting to comment somewhere you might see it so was looking for a newer video. I was also looking for a hip flexibility video- not sure if that is what is keeping me from being able to do forward folds but I hope so! I love your videos because I can do them based on the time I have and I feel like I am not going to hurt myself. I would love to go on a retreat to celebrate my retirement next year but I worry I won't be as good as the others- I know it's "practice" but I don't want to feel like a chump! Are there retreats for level 2?
