This guy is smart. Been doing my own thing for about 2 years now. The move is to have people do it for you. You control all contracts. Pay your employees what they're worth. Keep client s happy. Keep your business like the river always flowing.

I find the issue is your contracts require you to clean after hours I would assume. So you’re doing late night shifts. Is this correct?

@@TheBadGuy69 you just have to pay accordingly for the job position. you pay enough, you’ll find quality work and people who are motivated to come to work. this is where people skills can come into play too, if you’re a super fun outgoing person. youll be a great boss especially if you’re giving bonuses, extra availability for work, as much time off as a someone needs, etc. AJ talks about subcontracting instead of employing.
I tried to tell my boy this. He wanted to keep the $750 and not go for the $300. Im like id rather make $300 doing nothing than $750 working. You get the $300 then get another one for $300. All while doing nothing. All passive

This is why u take care of your employees. I was paying my workers more than i was getting. What did i care? I wasnt doing nothing. Customer was happy and i was getting $$ every month.

Your kids can't legally work till age of 15 depending on the state. You must get workers compensation insurance to protect you and your clients!

Good morning AJ and the cleaning network, my question is: Will I loose money if I don't supply my own products such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc... or do most companies supply their own for the most part?
I currently work full time as a maintenance Tech, so evening contracts are what I'm aiming for to start.
Gm. No you won't lose money doing that. You actually might save money doing it. That's actually pretty standard for them to provide their own paper products, trash bags, and soap refill. You just need to supply what you're cleaning with. But if you do provide the paper products, there's a chance for you to make extra money
