      @@cannellekipayko8576 when I first started this 12 years ago I went into the neighborhoods I wanted to be in and offered my services for FREE! Word of mouth is how I did it. Once one person was happy that's all it took. I'm a solo cleaner. I bring in over 100,000 grand a year & I'm content. If you ever want to my advice is completely FREE!

    My first contract was an apartment complex thanks to you! Being a mentee this contract paid for the academy itself plus more. Since then I have gained another apartment complex with multiple contracts.

    I do currently 4 cleans a month for this apartment and I get that done by myself within one or two days. So if you was to get like 80 units a month with you doing let’s say 4/5 units yourself a day you can get 25 done a week. Meaning you can fit about 100 units each month only working five days a week.

    I have been looking for Apts but they want to pay 75.00 per unit regardless of how many bedrooms, so I declined.
    But I continue to try.

      Yea that’s to low anything 120-150 are great start off prices for Apt 👌😊

      Wrong. That’s still easy money you can hire one cleaner that person alike can do atleast 3-5 cleans a day specially if these are apartment empty units

    This was good but I could have had 2 apartment complexs but they required workers comp and workers comp is not cheap plus I didn't have the money to get it I think my insurance company that I have now said 1000 a month for it😮

    What if I just do cleaning for individuals in apartments for move out cleaning only. Is that a good consistent business?

    I got offered a contract to turn 20+ units per week @ $125 each. Sounds good but the only thing is, they are talking about paying 30 day net. I don't have the resources to do payroll for 30 days before I get paid. What would you do in my situation?

      Clean the unit yourself build a good rapport with clients,Keep cleaning until you have enough money for payroll 👍🏾

    I’m definitely calling some apts tomorrow I have business cards I’ve been passing out I’ll also go too some apts too,Question I stay in a apt complex can I call my landlord and ask him if he need any cleaners?

      The prices vary depending on the city and state you live in
      If you charge 150 for a one bedroom that’s great 👍🏾
      Your doing good because a lot of complexes don’t want to even give you that much
      They will try to low ball you .
      I did this example based on $150 flat fee for each turn 😊

I am 24 and very hungry for financial freedom. I am working on my business plan for my cleaning company my niche will be apartment cleaning (move ins and outs) and Airbnb cleaning.     $150! Clearly, this is not by today’s D’s, nor is this appropriate for California?! I charge more than $150 for a one bedroom apartment on a weekly clean
