I have onX, but what display screen was installed in the offroad wrecker?
I second that, what are you using for the display? OnX looks great on it! @FabRats

Hey Paul, your dad would be so happy for you to have this awesome Wrecker. Perfectly build for what you do on those impressive recoverys. To all the Fabrats crew, I say congratulations.
Thanks for sharing. 🇺🇸
The power the wrecker displayed on the sand hill was impressive. Way to go FabRats.
Big block!
The sound of the big block was priceless, got a real nice rumble to it under load.
A Merlin-built big block!
@@BLAINDEB thats another 200hp easy
That was definitely a successful recovery mission!!! Well done fellas!!! It was awesome to see the wrecker finally getting to do what it was built for and it did it with ease for sure!!!! Awesome job fellas!!!!
I was yelling at the screen “ get your arm inside !!!!!! “
Grandma Lollie, Ben and the whole Fab Rats 🐀 crew. Better than Coffee in the morning 🌄.
Why choose? Have both!!!! Same time!!!!! ECSTASY!!!!!
prototype grandma, the original model. she keeps them on track, brings them food, keeps 'em grounded.
I'm watching with a cup of coffee and two chocolate covered donuts 🍩 !!!
@@saginawdan oooooh, I'm jealous!
Easy now!
Nice work! Hunter is good with customers. He was good at sounding confident and putting them at ease.
Ben is just a jack of all trades! Love it.
A jack of all trades are usually masters of none. Not much of a compliment
Or a master of many
@@TheDanielsanti you don't have to be a master of any if you know enough of each trade to get the job done. Being a "master" is for people who specialize in one trade only. Ben and paul both have enough knowledge and commonsense to get them thru any job so that very much is a compliment.
@@TheDanielsanti get out of here with negative shit bro!!!!!!!....LOL just kiddn....i luv u Danielsan!! Ben is very talented as the whole crew is... even Grandma Lollie!!!! she made Guacamole!!!!
It's real funny being a jack of all trades it's awesome you end up helping all the trades
Grandma is the best, I really hope she reads this ! My grandma was just as saucy as her, enjoy her😊
I did read this thanks
Grandma is DA BOMB. Bringing you guys food every day slaving over the stove and counter making yummy goodness.
Glad to see the young fella listing to Aussie classics
Paul…the wrecker was definitely showing what she was built for. You guys did a great job with that build, as well as many others you have done. Great content, truly appreciate your videos.
Holy Moly, looks like Trail Mater has a competitor.
Nice job Paul and Hunter on the recovery. 👍
Utah is large enough for all to pull folks out of their situations.
Grandma Lolly your spoiling them guys. The whole gang needs to have an appreciation day for her. This is real Grandma Love y'all have.
Good to see Hunter building his skill set. Seems to be good with customers too.
It's great to see hunter grow into a man. Way to go Paul
I'm envious of the permanent look of joy on stuck Paul's face the entire time he driving the wrecker to the job.
Big block Chevy tearing it up. This is why I'm a Chevy Guy love the sound and the power of those V8 motor's. Grandma lolli is awesome she's always making them boys something good to eat.
Especial nice job editing this episode in the rescue section, all those camera angles and underlaying audio - nice work and the result is worth it.
I recognize good family bonding moments between Paul and the boys when I see it. That’s why I’m here, to see good interactions between folks and making the best of situations
Got to say that Paul and Hunter did an awesome job on that difficult rescue. They work well together.
Grandma sure does love her boys. ;)
Best part of the whole video was Landons smile when he played his first tune, and what a first tune, proper adult rock n roll music, star man.
Nice recovery. Fun to watch and Hunter demonstrating his awesome steering skills while Paul does the pulling. =)
Yeah right he did, impressif for a young Man.
Hunter! If you're gunna drive, you have to have sunglasses! My own eyes were watering like crazy by the time you were finished.
Love hearing that big block sing coming up that sand hill 😁
Excellent recovery. Hunter "The Camera Man"" Cox, has some serious driving (well, being pulled!) skills.😃
The smiles that are on Paul face while he's driving the wrecker is awesome he looks like he's having a blast.
What a machine of a truck you got there, love to see and hear it.
Love the sound of that offroad wrecker working
Dad's truck is a absolute unit ,
man those rugged radios are awesome! That would have been a much harder recovery with out proper communication!
@@higoraguena either way, those (off road radios) are amazing
Grandma Lollie is a sweetheart! She sure takes good care of you guys! That trail was something! The new truck did well getting that far in that silt and great job getting it out!
Went in there with the badass wrecker. Dragged them outta there like a boss and did it all while staying down to earth and not acting like a genius. Paul is the man. Hunter did a damn good job 👍🏻. Landon should make his own sub box he’s got the skills!
Fab Rats should have over a million subscribers. They always put out some good shi
Good old Hunter he is on call and ready to work no matter what day it is.
I'm very impressed with the wrecker. Very much impressed 🎉
Listening to that thing sing never gets old! Nice driving fellas!
You know your Dad was proud of the ole truck pulling that hill Paul!! Job well done !!!!’
love getting home from work and watching your videos right before putting my self to sleep😊
If you're doing a recovery on a Sunday, the Lord sent ya. You're doing His work today!! Love all y'all!! 😊❤😊
Been commenting on Matt’s off road and here for a couple of years that all you guys ( need head sets for recovery work) glad to see you using them, No more yelling and miss understanding, and everyone knows what is going on! Priceless!
This brought back some memories of back in the days..... doin the stereos in your own cars&trucks as a kid..* oh yeah lol🤦♂️
Thanks for the share fella's 😉
☕🐢
Why would you bring a family out into country
that is as rugged as that. I know they want the
kids to see the beauty of this country but I think
the dad went just a little bit too far.
Good job Paul & Hunter, really professional
Goooood morning ! Thumbs UP to Fab Rats!
😘 alrighty, I won't mention numbers!!!! tee hee
@@JanelleVocate-Ames 👋 LOL , it was a hectic day! I just now had time to watch MORR! 🤷♂
Is nice to have no damages but not always able to do so. Enviroment can be a bummer. Great job Paul and Hunter. What a day off...right?
As Pirelli says "Power is nothing without control!".
Hunter aced that, nice teamwork!
Thanks for saving us! We'll post a video next week about how we got stuck! So thankful for fabrats!
Good recovery. I think Ben can do anything. So knowledgeable about so many things. Great show.
True jack of all master of none
@@masterbates7016 jeez, give it a break negative nancy...
As always, I enjoyed the video. Hunter is really coming along in his driving abilities.
That brought back memories. Two things I learned from my dad. 1. How to hold the light and 2. How to get yelled at. Lol!!
Grandma Lolly sure looks after you boys, she's a treasure! That rescue was a toughie with no help at all from the towed vehicle, but you got'em out!
I so look forward to your videos each week! Fab Rats takes care of the family and people who are in need of a recovery! I'm looking forward to seeing the school bus build, and whatever comes next! Til next time take care and we'll see you on the next...
Great editing Michelle! Good recovery story and example of different rigging. Paul, I have a set of timing wrenches for Chevy, Ford, & Mopar I used in the 79's and early 80's for easy access to the distributor lockdown bolts. I will send them, if you can use them.
I’m sure he can. I think you should just go ahead and send them.
Be like Paul and just send it! That's very nice of you. 👍
They are a dime a dozen and not necessary. To be honest I remember him talking about how he had them but never used them. Send them if you want but I don't see you getting a response from Paul on here like your looking for.
Great recovery Paul!
That's a memory the young one won't soon forget, if ever. 👍
Super satisfying to see you guys build the rat rod wrecker and now I get to see it putting in work. Hearing the motor ripping puts a smile on my face.
Cant wait to see the new shop build.Did Chad approve of that wiring job?
probably not
Not Chad but Korbin
You got them safety glasses on congratulations 😎😎😎
Being an Aussie, it was nice to hear Landon's go to was AC/DC to test the radio.
You all are awesome. Love the comradery, family, and friendships. True entertainment with real people.
That was a great recovery for the "Rat Toater". Hunter did really well following. Thanks for the video!
Way to go guys. High five to Hunter😊
Wahoooo I was going to go to sleep….but hey, Fabrats time first. 👍
The Wrecker I believe has turned out pretty badass. Your father is definitely proud.
You guys are the freaking best, loved the DIY sub box 😂. Uncle Ben picking that chip out of his hand was a great reminder of why safety glasses are important, glad Paul put his on to drill the door out. 🤘😎
Headsets are a great addition! Who cares if Rory used em first 😁
Any idea what brand he is using?
The old wrecker just works a treat 👍👍
No replacement for displacement hey Paul 😂😂
Great video guys. I loved the Merlin comment! You guys are awesome.
Those head sets are top-notch. That screen radio you have what's the make of it. Thank you.
Wondering this too, I don't remember it being covered as part of the wrecker build. Looks like it might be the JVC KW-Z1000W
Quite the tow team youand Hunter make 👍 Your truck is a Beast. Love it
27:03 - MAN does the wrecker sound awesome!
This tow truck turned out great. It is so much fun watching you just walk all around out there where ones got stuck your truck just rolls threw. Yes a lot is the drive but I like that balance your tow truck has. GREAT BUILD AND GREAT JOB HELPING PEOPLE OUT.
Yeah Landon's truck is finally done! Paul and Ben will get that part of the shop back. Grandma Lolly is such a treasure to the Fab Rats crew. That Rat Rod Wrecker got a big challenge pulling that Chevy pickup out of Hogg Canyon with all the loose sand it had to pull the pickup through. Grandpa Sherman would be proud of the new tow truck and it's upgrades.
A new term we need to start trending…. We’re gonna Merlin Johnson this thing right out of here. 😂
Man that wrecker is such a beast! I'm liking the suicide knob on the steering wheel.
What I find most interesting is the way all of you recoveryteam/company/family - you, Matt, Rory, Merlin and Chad works together and helps each other when needed. I looks more like one big Happy family the different companies doing the same in that area. And even all of you seems to have lots of works and prosjekts you takes your family and meet the orther rescueers families to have fun, I think, and hope, the next generation will become as good friends and have so much fun that it looks like "The grand old boys" have.
To many companies today seems to have more satisfaction when others failure then own success, to see you offroad recovers show real happiness for the other ones make me to believe it still could be a peaceful and friendly future's for the planet called earth 👏👏 Thanks to all of you good hearted rescue angel with big offroad wreckers over there from Norway 🤗
Fun to see you guys exercise the Wrecker's capabilities.
Another brilliant video, Hunter, is truly becoming an invaluable FabRat, multi talented. I think his training is going really well.
Watching you climb that sand hill reminded me of Merlin in the dead pull at the wrecker games. I was waiting for you to go into full gallop mode!
Paul really knows how to offroad and build those crazy vehicles, the sherminator is one tough rig😮
Guess who's #1 again... 👍👍👍
Paul, have you ever thought about going with dual wheels on the back for more traction?
Love the channel! You guys are awesome!!
Even with comparable tread width singles will almost always preform better off road and in snow I think Rory gets way with it because of Moab’s high percentage of rock and slick rock trails I would be very skeptical a dual would outperformance a single or large single for Paul’s truck and recovery environment
@Doubie Don't get me wrong, the truck is awesome the way it is. I was just curious, I wasn't saying it needed them or anything. I'm sure it will keep up with Rory's truck no problem.
The wrecked performed awesomely, what a machine. Well done Paul, your vision played out well and performs outstandingly. Great driving too.
Wow, what a rescue that was. Seriously fellas job well done. Killer seeing the rig do what she was built to do and killing it.
Paul. It's really nice to see that tow truck doing what you built it to do work. Thanks for the video
First comment! Love you all fab family! Keep up the great content! Literally one of the few things that distracts me from all the bad things going on in my life❤
Hey Ben
Remember red to black , black to red and blue to bits …
Old electrician’s mantra !
Cheers guys !
Great driving Hunter.
I would have thought Landon would be doing this work himself. How will he learn ??
I'm glad Landon doesn't pull his own weight. If he did we probably wouldn't have hunter. I prefer hunter over Landon anyday
I'm glad Landon doesn't pull his own weight. If he did we probably wouldn't have hunter. I prefer hunter over Landon anyday. One wants to learn and the other just wants nice everyone to do the hard part and for him to reap the reward

Landon is in school most of the time.
If he was doing all the work himself it would either never get done due to lack of time. Or it would be a very boring build because of budget.
@@masterbates7016 got some bs to say about everything, huh?
You guys really need to do something special for Grandma Lollie. She sure spoils you guys. ❤
That was some serious work, have a good week and count your blessings amen.
Good job guys. You guys are Awesome
Good to see Landon getting excited to get his truck!
18:20 Hunter...it looked like you told them to turn the wheels so they went into the trees...?
Then hunter does the unbelievable and backs down a hill in neutral between trees and brush...wow, that was impressive man, like coming in on Sunday to help out too!
Yeah I thought the very same thing! Honest mistake I'm sure he was thinking that would help get the rear over where it needed to be but in return stuffed it into the trees. You could hear the owner question what hunter told him to do being he already had the wheels turned correctly. The Fab Rats did an awsome job on the recovery gotta love the gpasherm tow truck such a beast!
No, going backwards woulda directed the front away from the trees as the wrecker pulled the rear away as well.
Thanks for playing a little Back in Black that is playing when the Iowa Hawkeyes football team swarm takes the field. Go Hawkeyes!
Love how Merlin Johnson is now a verb! Great job getting those folks out of there.
Just another day at Fab Rats! Grandma taking awesome care of her boys, a quick full system install on an awesome square and an epic recovery. Lol
Love the shout out to Rory, learning from each other...
That was amazing folks wish I had a grandmother to feed us like you get fed from your grandma
The Rat Rod Wrecker does an awesome job! Paul explained how they find people, but how do the people find him? Is 'FabRats' listed as an 'off-road recovery service'? I know for Matt, Rory, Casey & Eric this is their business, but wondered about Paul & company. Always enjoy the videos, great job on editing!
I was wondering the same thing.
@@kentmackey2717 Me too!
Dang Paul making the old tow truck sign. Good job 👏
The Grandpa Sherm is a towing beast! Love the front fender seams the Chad did 👍😎✊
Who doesn’t like a little AC/DC to test their stereo 😎 nice choice in music Landon 🤘🏼
Honestly this recovery was super cool to watch. Hunter makes a great wingman for Paul. Awesome job to both at work! 🤘
