I just found your channel. I have a previous built subaru sti, and have just purchased a 2013 AE86. I noticed the lack of power immediately, but i learned from my previous build many things. So first i am tackling suspension, then braking. Ill add a bigger rad, hoses, oil cooler, and heater core hoses as my third and fourth phase. Then as motor comes into play, fuel injectors, spark plugs and coil packs.My question, i was not intending on working on my internals, just adding the bolt ons (exhaust manifold, intake, intake manifold spacers, grams throttle body, and using the flash tablet to get use of E85.) I was looking at superchargers with Ecutek tune, but wanted to ask, what is the range of boost to have where i could safely drive the car daily?

Have this supercharger on my 86, love it!! Next step, forge conrods and pistons/ upgraded fuel injectors to unlock all that HKS power👍
How much wheel hp you making? Custom tune?
Daniel Rinaldo it has not been on a dyno, Fensport say its at about 290 though.
mixitup1 did you use the tune from HKS? How’s the engine holding up? I’m at 60k and really thinking about going this route over Turbo.

7 psi is a very safe level.
I hear this kit is the best bang for the $ and one of the most reliable what do you guys think?
What custom Intake do they have?
Looks like he could gain a lot from a less restrictive intake
