Love the detail in the video. I just ordered mine and plan on using some titanium dress up bolts. Your close-up of the parts sheet means I'll have all the bolts by the time the intake gets here! Thanks!
All parts, bolts, nuts are included in the kit. I guess Dress up bolts would look good.

I'm getting one early Sept, hopefully worth the amount paid for. After watching this video it makes me even more excited. I already got the hks suction pipe and greedy intake duct so this intake will complete the setup
I think the combination with the intake duct will change a lot. The OEM intake pipe makes it a bit quiet. I heard the full HKS kit and it sounds even better than mine.

I believe they have. Maybe a differemt spec tho to meet the country's emission standards
would recommend investing into some hood struts instead and getting rid off the hood prop.

私が使ってる工具はちょっとずつ揃えました。工具のハンドルにこだわりがあるので、自分の握りに合う物を購入してます。色んな工具メーカーのグリップを試して見てください。もしそこまでこだわりがないのであれば、工具セットもいいと思います。ちなみに私は日本製が好きです。

Does it require a tune after install ? Or is it able to work off original config
Able to work original config. But HKS recommends a tune for better performance
Are you getting a tune since you're adjusting the air mix?
Gonna get it tuned someday. Maybe after getting some exhaust upgrades.
Any cel from installing this? Kinda underwhelmed with the intake sound tbh.
HKS has data on this. Gonna take it to a dyno some day to check out.
Your a tually right, the cones makes better sounds than this mishroom. But its a bit better in person than this video.

Unfortunately, I have a quad tip exhaust. So mu rear bumper has the garnish for the quadtip exit. So I actually don't have any diffusers available on the market

Yes it's possible. They also sell them separately.

@@Blballerboy This is a major concern only with Americans. Japanese know how to care for their vehicles. GR86/BRZ is currently underway and no reported issue with "RTV" or oil pressure....
@@Julianklaus that’s bull shit as rtv has happened to cars right out the dealership. You clearly need to do more research before you type.
Did this intake improve performance?
According to HKS site and other people here in Japan who got a tune, YES. I will have mine tuned soon after some exhaust upgrades. So I will not be able to tell if it's from the exhaust or the Air Box.

Is the kit compatible for gt86
Hi sorry, it clearly says on the website that it is only compatible with the FA24. Im sure it will fit right, but maybe they refer to the performance gain.
