I am most struck by the way MM uses her hands to shoo away the man standing to Harry's right in the white dress and red hat. You can almost see her saying, "move please." She didn't actually grab the beads, but she did make sure she was upfront and in the spotlight. No other royal would behave that way. Ever. They would wait to be asked, wait to be acknowledged, wait to be callled upon. Humility, not hubris.

My entire Family hated my sons wife, i asked them to not say anything. I was always nice to her because i knew she was not right. I was the only one in my Family that was invited to the wedding only because my son insisted. At the reception i offered to pay half of the bill(it was in a pub) her Dad said no thats ok. My son told me her Mother was annoyed i had not paid for anything then he told me mother & his new wife complained about the food they got the food for free and drinks. They made his life hell and i just stood back and waited she only contacted me when they needed help, just over 6years it took for her to kick him out, he lost his children his self-confidence it took another 2years to get him back on the road to recovery . Did not end there he ended up with another narcissistic woman this time i was prepared (another story) happy to say he is now with a lovely woman and both are happy. It takes years to get away from a narcissistic person

But nothing comparable with the wealth of the Crown, which can't be alienated and whose 65% of profits goes to the Treasory, but still means an annual income tax free of over a bilion pounds. Every year.
Harry's wealth, at the time of Megxit, was allegedly about 40-50, plus probably a couple of milions from her. Probably in totum less than the cost of the villa. And moreover a large part of his heritage Is said to be in vinculated funds, which give him a sure income, but he can't touch (his grandparents knew him well and didn't trust very much his judgement.
And nobody takes seriously the numbers given about the deals with Netflix and Spotify, that 100 milions allegedly were the budget of the whole project, not their income. And they did a fifth of what promised, I doubt they are paid for all, Netflix Is not a charity for incompetenti milionaires.
With their lavish, expensive lifestyle (they spend as Beyoncè, but without Bey's incomes), I think they are closer to bankruptcy than many can image...

She thinks respect only goes one way. We must respect HER choices, HER titles, HER business, HER decisions. Harry may not be particularly bright but he has the right to be treated with respect with regards to his title. Its not about him, its about the title. I would curtsy if I met Harry not because I owe it too him but too the monarchy to which his title belongs, and by showing such contempt for him she is showing contempt for the British monarchy as well. Whether she knows she's doing it, I'm not sure. I think those two just do what they think of in the moment and then wonder why it didn't work.

Then she pats Harry's arm, giving him permission to take his turn and remains standing in front of Harry. I wish I could see the presenter's face.
