Vintage Flashlight to Super-bright LED Conversion | Makita ML903

I recently purchased a vintage Makita flashlight from a secondhand Japanese goods store. It uses incandescent bulbs, so the light output is quite weak. I have an idea to convert it into a super-bright LED light. In the video, I also built a new lithium battery pack to replace the old one that was faulty.
I'm very happy to receive your feedback, advice, suggestions to improve myself.

Oh, that is just fantastic! I have an old Black and Decker lamp I've never used (came with a drill I bought) because the light it gives off is reminiscent of an Arctic winter sun! Might give this a go myself, although not the battery pack, that's too advanced for me.
I'd certainly watch more of these conversions if you have any in mind. Cheers!

Disgusting. The small radiator was reduced by half. And then it was placed in a closed system, which further worsened the cooling. Such a flashlight cannot be used for a long time due to poor cooling. Otherwise, its use period will be short. Poor use of materials. Useless video.
